I have to not be in control. There has to be a leader or facilitator or teacher that is curating the experience for me. This is why I often do programs. I can go off and like walk in nature by myself. And I don't know, it's kind of relaxing. But what a leader or facilitator can do, and what they're so good at, is they look at you, and then they work with you a little bit. And what they're trying to do is basically confront you. They're like, what is the thing you don't want to think or hear or feel? And then they just go after that thing like a heat-seeking missile. And I think the reason that's powerful— yeah, I'm a control freak. I'm a perfectionist. I'm totally OCD. I want everything around me to be perfect and known and controlled 100% of the time. And so every time I, you know, have a personal growth experience, I'm trying to break that addiction. I'm trying to break out of the prison of the mind that I've created out of my perfectionism.
