Two creators share three ways to beat burnout: find inspiration and take notes on what resonates, brainstorm bold impossible ideas to stretch your imagination, and take a phone-free day to let your subconscious rewire itself.
If someone comes to you, they're like, hey, like, I've been burnt out, like, I'm a creator, I want to unleash my creative side, right? Like, full expression, get back to, like, childlike wonder. What would you recommend them do? Like, they can start doing, like, right away.
So there's, like, finding things that inspire you, taking a lot of notes, looking externally, you know, coming up with new ideas that are impossible, and then the subconscious rewiring. So I think that is a day— if I'm, like, I'm feeling a creative funk, carving out a day off your phone to do that will lead to good ideas in that specific realm.
