Foreign. This is Akshay Chandrata, your career branding coach and image enhancer. I welcome you to the fifth video of campus to corporate transformation. Interesting topic. It is called copy paste syndrome. Okay. Again goes to campus only. So in campuses what do students do? We have done this since our school age. Okay. So people have the habit of copying the notes of their friends and the assignments and everything. Okay. And this copy copy paste thing, the syndrome continues until resume writing. So many a times I myself have found students, you know in the placement especially giving resumes. The. The only difference in the resumes is the name of the person of the student. Rest. Everything is same. There is no individuality, there is no personality in your resume. There is no uniqueness in the resume. Okay. So you. You take a template of your friend and you just copy paste and change the name. Or maybe just change the percentage or something like that. O that is it. So this you have been doing now understand. Once you get into corporate do you think any of your colleagues will allow you to copy paste their work? No. You are being paid to give some of your efforts, you know, not some. All your effort. Okay. You can take help of your colleagues. You can ask your friends to support your, guide you on something. But you can at no cost copy anybody else's work. It has to be your assignment. It has to be your project, your inputs. Okay. So please stop this copy paste. Try to take responsibility for your work. Do your assignments on your own. If you start doing that and if you generate this habit then this is going to be extremely easy and smooth journey in corporates for you. This was interesting, isn't that? I am going to be coming with another interesting short topic for you. Available in Hindi also remember this video. Please share it in your network. Help all the other students learn about these things. This is not available anywhere. I promise that way. So I will see you in the next video. Till then thank you so much. Tada.
