Campus To Corporate Transition - How does failure impact in Campus & Corporate world.

Akshay Chindrakar and Sakshi Chandrakar compare how failure works differently in school versus at work. In campus you can retake a test; in corporate, one mistake can cost you a client or your job. The video explores why resilience matters when you make the leap.
Hello and welcome to campus to corporate transformation video number six. This is Sakshi Chandrakar, your career branding coach and image enhancer. And today what we are going to talk about is called cost of failure. What is this? See, failure, the word itself is very depressing. Yeah, it is very disappointing. No matter at what age. You could be a toddler, one could be sorry, not you. One could be a tod. One could be an adult. But still failure is disappointing, depressing and disheartening. But we all face it and we live with it. And then we only succeed. So when we talk about the failure thing in these two worlds there are different meanings. Okay? So let us consider your campus here. See, in the campus you get a second chance. If you fail, you can have retest, reassignments, resubmissions are there. You can go to your teachers, mentors. Everybody is going to come forward to help you to better your score or to help you improve. Okay? You can go with your problems to your teachers and professors. And they will be responsible to help you. Right? Why? Because you have paid them. Of course. Okay. But consider yourself now in the corporate and feel or see that if this is the case. This is not the case. This is just the opposite. Number one thing. Because you are being paid to perform. You are being paid to solve the problems. Okay. Once you do a mistake, you. Once you commit a mistake. Once you do not perform or under perform, repercussions could be serious. Okay? Lot of things. So failure in corporate could be serious issue. You get second chances here. You will not get second chance over here. Maybe you will not get retakes here. Okay. You could get demotion. You could be thrown out of the us. Whatever assignment or project you have. But this is a. This is a part and parcel of life. I know it cannot be helped. But be strong. This is what is the message. You just have to be strong. Go strong. Take help and take right actions. So this is Akshay Chindrakar. This video is also available in Hindi. Share it in your network and I will see you in the next video. Till then, thank you so much.
