Foreign. Have you ever wondered why even after studying for 10, 15, sometimes 20 years of your life you still have to sit for an interview to land a job? I mean, does that mean that your formal education, your academic qualification is not sufficient to fetch you a job? Well, of course. This is what it means. So basically, Ek chauthai jeevan parai me lakadiya parbhu parai koi guarantee. That's so unfair. Namaskar. This is Saakshi Chandrakar and I welcome you all to. Let's talk simple. I am an image enhancer and a people skills coach. And today I'm going to give you answers to three very important questions. Question number one. Isaara Chakkar Kya Interview. What is the secret thing about interview? Question number two. Why do people take our interviews? And question number three which actually only you can answer. Do you have that secret thing in you? So let's start and I'm going to give you a very simple example to make it easy for you. Okay. Now suppose you want to hire a cook for yourself. You get reference from couple of people about one person who cooks delicious food. What will you do? You will call the person and then you would want to speak to him. And then actually decide whether you want him or not. When you see him you see that he has come in very shabby looking clothes. Stinky also disheveled as a bikre BAAL Hai. And at the top of which he talks very arrogantly. So will you hire him or will you not hire him? Well, most of us will go for the second option. So. So why did you not hire him? There are two things that we understand from this. Hygiene and grooming was not proper. He has got communication problem also. Culture may be set right. That is why you did not pick him up. Now agarap is example. So Yejo cooking skill. Hai Ye equivalent Hai Ap Khe hat. Academic qualifications. That means cooking skill qualification, right? Basic requirement. Second cheese May Hygiene, grooming, communication and attitude. Soap Ye Imagine Karie ki koi apki degree Aamin. The person has to know you also. How is your grooming? How is your clothing? Are you presentable enough or not? He would want to communicate with you to see how good you are at communication. Because AAP Unki company Ko Baha represent kar. Okay. And above all the person would want to see if you can fit into the culture of that company or not. This is what is called soft skills. Actually there is nothing soft about these skills. I tell you because Apnea parai tu sari hard Skill Kiliki hai kuch logo Soft skills inbuilt. But these soft skills, because it is a skill, it can be learnt at any time, right? So you can start building upon your soft skills even now. So what is the difference between hard skills and soft skills? Hard skills are. Are mandatory to perform a particular task. And soft skills are the skills that help you do that job better. Okay. And they are equally important. A study conducted by Harvard University, Dale Carnegie foundation and Stanford University states that 85% of any person's success at workplace or maybe you can call that financial success depends upon his or her soft skills. And only 15% contributes to the technical skill. So basically aapne abhi tak padhai karee apne technical skills result only 15% success. So now we have to start preparing ourselves for that 85%. So who needs soft skills? Well, soft skills are also called people skill. We all are people. So we all need soft skills. You can be a student, a professional, a parent, a business owner, an entrepreneur, whatever you are. You definitely need soft skills. You want to connect with people for any sort of relationship. It could be personal, it could be professional. Okay. That is why you need soft skills. That means you need communication skills. You need body language. You need to see if you can set your goals. You can also see whether you have leadership skills, team building skills. So basically soft skills is a huge umbrella of different kinds of skills which I am going to introduce you to. In the coming videos. I will bring forth what these skills are, why do you need them and how can you develop them. I am on a mission to finesse 10,000 people on their people skills by the end of this year. So if you find this video helpful please go ahead and like it. Share it with your friends and family. And do not forget to subscribe so as to keep finessing yourself on these skills. This is Saakshi Chandrakar and I thank you Sam.
