A founder mentor asks what separates success from failure. The answer: failure is learning, and learning itself is success. The conversation also warns against letting AI tools like ChatGPT erase your own voice when you use them to write.
So, first of all, I always ask every founder this question. I usually ask it at the end, but I'm going to ask it at the beginning.
Okay.
Okay. And there's no wrong or right answer. I do have a standard answer that everybody usually gives. We usually get to.
Okay.
But here's the question for you. What's the difference between success and failure?
You know what? I don't think there's a difference. Well, I want to say there isn't a difference, but I guess I don't view failure as a fail. I view failure as a learning lesson. So like, if I'm learning from it, then eventually I'm going to get to success.
Okay.
Does that kind of answer it? I mean, I guess that's a different view on it. Um, I think failure is success because you're learning and learning is a success, you know?
Oh, I, I love that. Actually, there's like a post tomorrow I'm doing. Uh, I tried to write it myself. Sometimes I lose a little bit of chat, GPT, but like you lose your voice sometimes you do that. It's a great partner, but you got to get your voice out there, right?
