I Built My Own Coaching Platform From Scratch

All right guys, so in the spirit of building in public, yesterday I released a video showing you guys how I've built a school for myself, basically.

So I have the free community, the pro community, the inner circle. I have the calendar, we have the community, the members, who is online, etc.

So I made a duplicate of school, but I left school because there were so many things that I didn't like. And so instead of like rebuilding a school, what I wanted to do is to build my own platform the way I would want to use it and the way I would want to make it work. So this is what it looks like now. This is a little bit overwhelming because this is the, the homepage. So we have a lot of information here, but basically on every pages we have 2 sides.

So we have the left side where we have the video. Now we have the, uh, profile. So you can edit your profile in here. You can come back, you can see the events that are going on in the community.

And on the right, it's all about systems. So I build systems, I love systems, I'm dedicating my life and my di— systems. So this is what this entire thing is all about. So we have free systems for every one of you who join. Then we have the scale systems, which is starting with creating your smart offer, client acquisition, attention generation, lead generation, and education and economics. So by having all of this, you can scale your business from where you are to $10K, $20K, $30K, $100K, $250K, $350K, and I'm not gonna say 1 million a month because this is like for the type of business we actually don't want to build.

We want to build lifestyle businesses and not businesses that require a team to go on sales calls and all of these kind of things. So we want product-led growth instead of sales-led growth. So we want to basically— our products and our marketing do the selling for us instead of us having to jump on the call and spend our time and ruin our calendar and our free time with sales calls.

So this is what I've built here. So basically, let's say if you click on the Claude Code setup, you're going to go into the community or in the course. And as you can see, this is built exactly on the same layout.

Okay, so we have the video, we have the menu here for the course. We can navigate left, right, previous, next to Follow along with the course. We have the instructions in here. So the video is on the left, we have the instructions on the right.

And what makes us different is we have execution.

So let me show you on here, for example, or let's go back to the home. So here, this is where we have the general assistant. So you can ask any question. This is kind of acting as the support.

And how do I get started? 'Which system should I implement first?' Or 'Do I scale with AI?' This kind of thing. So you can ask literally any questions to the AI and it's going to answer to you right away. Okay, so we have the instruction, we have the execution to help you execute and implement what we teach you in the course.

So for example, let's go to the smart offer. So I need to re-record all of these videos to match now the, the execution, but Basically building your smart offer needs to be specific.

One person, one problem, one promise, one process, and one price to make it happen.

Okay?

So I record the video, show you guys how to do it here, and then what you do is you use the AI agent that is trained on this specific lesson to help you create your offer. So now you have the instructions, you watch the video.

While you watch the video, you can execute on the work to build your offer from scratch, refine your existing offer, help you nail your pricing, write your offer one page to share with people that DM you, and you can connect and extract all of this into the tools that you already use. So if you want to connect to— literally, we have thousands of integrations in here. So we have all the Google integration. We have Google Docs if you want to export to Google Docs. We have Notion if you want to export to Notion. We have, I don't know, Asana.

Literally any tool you use in your business, you will be able to use with this AI agent. This is agentic AI that helps you actually execute and do the work. So this is what is possible. As you can see, I'm getting excited about all of this because this is changing the coaching, the course game. And this is going to allow you to, like, my goal is not to sit down and record thousands and hundreds of videos and have you watch me teach you things. My goal is to create short videos, have you execute on what I'm teaching you, and you take action and you go on to the next video. So you watch the video, you execute, and then you ask questions in the discussions, or you can ask questions in the course that we have. In the community. So we have like Inner Circle weekly calls, we have Pro monthly calls in the community, and you get the scale systems. Um, and basically like the entire Inner Circle is like systems you can literally copy and paste and install into your business.

Okay, so what I've done as well is I have wins here, so you can share your wins, you can record a video right away. So you can have like this entire thing, uh, in here. You can record the video about who you are, you can upload a video, and you can refer people to make commission. So we have 40% commission on Skater Pro, 10% on Inner Circle, and you can invite people to the free community.

And every time someone upgrades like Skool, um, you would get your commissions. So this is really something that works way better for me.

So the course on the left, the actions and instructions on the right, and we also have the community here on the right, uh, specific to the course that you are watching. So let's say you have a question about your offer, or you want feedback on your offer.

You come to the discussion, you create a new post. Here's my offer. Boom.

You can link an image, whatever, and then you post in the community. And we're going to answer you in here so everyone else can chime in and see your work and your progress.

So that's what I'm building. I'm very excited about all of this. I'm just getting started. I just want to record these videos as me building in public.
