Stop chasing the latest AI models and tools. Pick one specific problem, one target client, and build a repeatable system to solve it. That's how you actually make money with AI instead of endlessly upgrading your stack.

I went to an AI event yesterday and this guy was talking on stage and was sharing the software stack that he was using to run his agency. And my immediate thought was, dude, you're already outdated, like using NA10 and those kind of like platforms are like 2020, not 2026. And basically like that, that made me realize a lot of people are not actually making money right now with AI because they are trying to keep up with the latest things and the latest trends and the latest softwares and the latest everything. And it's never going to end. AI is evolving faster than ever, and if you're trying to keep up, you're literally never going to manage to actually keep up. So basically all you have to do is like pick one thing, one problem that you want to solve for one person, and create the solution. Create a very small system, a very specific system that solves a very specific problem for one specific person. And this way technology doesn't matter, doesn't matter if you're using Claude, if you're using GPT, latest this or that. It just matters if you want to make money with AI that you solve one problem for one person using one process. So stop trying to keep up with everything that's new, the latest software, the latest models, whatever, and start actually solving problems. That's how you're going to make money with AI. Peace!
