Most people function in baseline dysfunction from alcohol, processed food, and poor sleep. Optimize these three things and you become hypersensitive to anything that drags you down. Small deviations cause large negative impacts, but the payoff is better decisions and higher-frequency interactions.

Most people have never experienced what it feels like to operate at 100%. They are drinking alcohol, smoking, eating processed food, dealing with heavy metals and microplastics in their systems. Their baseline is actually dysfunction. But when you optimize your sleep, your nutrition, your hydration, once you experience true peak performance, you become hypersensitive to anything that knocks you off of that level. You eat clean because junk food makes you feel sluggish. You work out because skipping makes you feel off. And you say no to energy vampires because toxic people drain your energy. So the old you would accept cheap dopamine eats and temporary eyes that cost you long term. But the new you only invest in what compounds your energy, your ideas and your impact. Every small deviation from your optimized state create a massive negative impact. High frequency people interact. High frequency opportunity because better energy leads to better decision and better decisions create better results. So that's why I stopped tolerating anything that doesn't serve my higher self. So what's one thing that you know you should stop doing but still haven't stopped? Let me know in the comments.
