Maxime Warnault breaks down a three-part framework for clear communication: know your specific audience, identify the problem you solve for them, and describe your process. The brain remembers information best in three-point patterns, so if you can't reduce your message to three items, it needs simplification.

The brain works best when you have a start, a middle, and an end. 1, 2, 3. It's so much easier to remember things in 3 that it is in 5 or 4 when you create bullet points. Always do it in 3. That's what I do. And if you're not able to do it in three, that means you need to simplify. Okay, so copywriting is writing words, but it always comes down to how, having clarity. What are the people that you serve, what is the problem that you solve, and what is the process that you take? If you know exactly the people that you serve, you're going to be able to talk directly to them and be able to convey a message that is much, much stronger than if you're talking to anyone.
