A wall fall drill to build balance and strength. You face a sturdy surface in a soft-joint stance, fall forward from the ankle, and catch yourself with your heel pulled toward your buttocks. Do about ten reps per side, then speed it up.

For our wall fall and pose drill, what we're going to do is we're going to focus on that change in support as we are in the pose position. So we're going to start facing a wall or other surface. Railing works as well. You can do this outside as a warm-up, just leaning against any building or just again a railing or a parked car or anything like that. So we're going to get into that soft ankles, knees, and hips, get into that pose position, and we're just going to work on a little bit of that change of support, and we're just going to fall forward and just work on That movement coming from our ankle and just nice soft catches, feeling that hamstring working as we pull that heel towards our butt and just shifting forward. About 10 each side of these and just feeling those joints contributing to the motion as we work on getting into this post positioning. And then we'll start moving a little bit faster after that.
