All right, today we're going to go through 3 different push-up progressions here. One, if we're working on our technique and to build up our strength and proper form here so that we avoid any pain and injury in the shoulders here. So first couple tips here, as we're going to start from our knees, we want to think about squeezing our shoulder blades down and back and keeping our elbows nice and tight to our body. Okay, so starting from our knees, hands should be about shoulder width apart here. We're keeping a really tight line with the rest of the body, and again, elbows Elbows close to the side, chest to the ground. This would be our first progression of working into a full push-up. Just a couple more reps. Okay, keeping those elbows nice and tucked at the side. Once we feel good with those, we can work up to a couple sets of 10. Next progression would be on— off of a bench here, so we're working a little bit more body weight. Again, we want to keep hands shoulder-width apart, elbows tucked in our side. Think about squeezing those shoulder blades together in the back, and we're working Working from here, keeping that body in a nice straight line. Once we feel good with those, again, can work a couple more sets of 10 in a row without too much fatigue, then we can work back to our full push-up, which will be starting in a high plank position. Again, keeping shoulder blades nice and tight and elbows towards the side, and we're working chest to the ground.
