Bellafill lasts up to five years by stimulating your own collagen production, compared to hyaluronic acid fillers that last about a year. It creates structural support rather than just filling space, making it better for cheeks and jawline if you want results that stick around longer.

So I've told you about the Restylane family or the hyaluronic acid gels, which I use very frequently. Now I want to talk to you about a little bit of a newer product. It's been out for the past few years and something, you know, I've been using for the past year or two. This is called Bellafill. So the difference between— this is very different than the hyaluronic acid gels. Those will typically last approximately a year. And again, those are used for nasolabial folds, areas around the mouth, the lips, tear troughs, cheek augmentations. But for patients that need more structural fill and want more longevity, so maybe it's a patient who's done their cheeks a few times or areas around the jawline and they're really happy with it, but they want something that's going to last a lot longer, Bellafill comes in. This works completely differently. It forms a structural matrix to allow your body to produce its own collagen. Therefore, it's going to last up to 5 years. So this is a great product for someone who kind of knows what they want. Maybe I've done their injections before. We know what to do. and we're going to put it in a similar manner, but it's going to last a lot longer. So another great product to think about.
