Dr. Simon breaks down the Restylane filler line by thickness and use. Restylane Kiss is ultra-soft for lips, while Restylane Lift, Contour, and Define handle deeper lines and cheek volume. Most last about a year.

So the main difference between these different Restylane products or the Restylane family of products is that there's different viscosities. In other words, some are real thin and very, very, very soft. So that'd be like Kiss for the lips, a soft area, it's very superficial. And you have thicker or more structural building. So for cheeks or lifting, for building up some lost volume, patients have lost weight or just have a little bit of loose tissue or just lack of volume, you know, for the cheek areas to really define the cheekbones. So you really have 3 products that kind of fill that role. Restylane Lift, Restylane Contour, and then also Define. Slightly different viscosities, slightly different thicknesses. So these are, these are all very good for accomplishing some of those things for deeper lines throughout the face, for using it especially for structural cheek augmentation, really lifting up. And it does a very good job of that. And these products, like most of the Restylane products, last about a year. So all very effective for those purposes.
