Sean Clayton uses a roller-coaster metaphor to explain rapid spiritual awakening. He argues you shouldn't resist accelerated positive shifts, instead leaning back and surrendering to your higher self. The process moves through willingness, acceptance, reason, and love.

All right, guys, welcome back, and thank you again for tuning in to Daily Alchemy. So in this episode, I want to talk a little bit about hitting the brakes. We oftentimes get in our car of self and we have experiences in life, and things start to feel so damn good. I remember when I started on my spiritual journey, I felt like I was losing my mind. I was seeing things that I never saw. Aspects of abundance, energy, money, health. Things were starting to shift rapidly, and it almost was like, pinch me, I must be dreaming. How do I go back and stop this? And I was receiving all these blessings, but I was now starting to stop. Or what I call in some of my videos, fuck off. My blessings. And in that window of experience, I realized that one of the things that we have been given is this divine speed and this roller coaster of experience that is not supposed to be slowed down. I use the analogy of the roller coaster because when you're on the roller coaster, you're not hitting the brakes anywhere. And if it didn't have an endpoint to the roller coaster or an area where you ever had to get off of it. Because if you understand that your soul is always on this roller coaster, you're never off of the thing. You're in the illusion of the body feeling like you get off of it. In these doorways we call birth and death. When we understand that birth and death are only doors and therefore this physical body to have a very divine experience, then what happens is when we actually allow the roller coaster of the soul to do its thing, the body will actually start to speed up. And what happens within that body of the speed up is that the experiences that are heavenly bliss, that feel amazing, will just start to attract themselves to you. Because we have this illusion of time and because we have this understanding that we need to see evidence of things, which is why we love the concept of science so much. We have to prove things to ourselves through empirical evidence so that we know that it's real. Oftentimes you'll go to a restaurant and it has to look the same way. When it looks different, you're like, why the hell did it change? And you notice those experiences, you feel kind of like you're losing your mind. You go in and something's out of place in your house. You know, like, who moved that thing? And so what we have to start remembering is that when we start going on our journey and really tying into our divine roller coaster that was intended for us from the all God source, whatever you want to call it, then we Start to move in that accelerated path. What will happen is that the illusion that's around us will start to change. If you looked at my life for four years ago, where I lived, what I did, what I look like, you know, my work, my financial situation looked totally different. I have lived 10 lifetimes in the last four years in five different cities, in different houses. And not because I'm just some rolling stone running around trying to figure things out, is I started to step into these new portals, what I call portals. The entire illusion of life started to change. And when I moved into the space of acceptance and really recognizing that in that space of acceptance I have something that is very much so divinely meant for me, it started to open up new doors. And it wasn't about having or not having or attaining stuff or getting things at some point. It was because I was stuck in that illusionary aspect of things. What now starts to happen is even the stuff, stuff that I have no interest in attaining or even clients that ever thought that I would work with or even in my career. Now how that started to shift itself into being more of a public speaker or helping individuals from an alchemical perspective. The video guy that I work with, all of those things started to change. Like the way that he does videos then versus how now, very much so is in his co creation talent set. But it was also based on who I was turning into. I could have accepted like in the early days of what we started to work together. And if you saw see any of my earlier videos, you can see that wasn't him editing. But it was also one of the things that I was like, all right, well this is the best that I can get. And then I ended up finding these other video editors. And then that was the best that I could get. And then I found these other video editors. And then I kept going through these experiences. But what ended up happening is I found this one guy and he is a extremely beautiful soul. And when he started to give me things, it started to look like the old stuff that I had. And then we started to merge into this really beautiful relationship and he just locked in. And it's totally different from 99.9% of the styles that he does. And it created this opportunity of co creation together. This is how the things start to work. And so then that happens. And then the social starts popping off. And then you get all these cool experiences and speaking engagements. And at the top of this year, I set somewhat of the intention to kind of do this not at this point pace or the Speed or even thinking about a podcast that I would pull together. But as I started to go through that path, with great power comes great responsibility, right? And so as you start to step into your power or into your influence of the things in your life, you have responsibility to respond out of love to those things properly. And the roller coaster that you're on will rapidly speed up. And oftentimes we're like, oh, shit, I got to slow this thing down, because it doesn't feel normal. The illusions outside of you start to change so rapidly that it doesn't feel normal. It feels like you're losing your shit. My relationship is feeling way too good. Let me actually look over here and figure out what's wrong with it. Let me actually find all the contingencies and figure out, okay, well, the money's coming in too fast, and I got to start planning like crazy with it. And then I start to do things out of fear and bucket it. And then I basically shut off my ceiling. What will happen is that when you get on that roller coaster, just like you have ups and downs on the roller coaster, you got to go up to go down, right? It uses that momentum of sometimes, the struggle of going uphill to really enjoy going downhill. The struggle uphill is only a temporary thing. The downhill play and loops that you get on, all the fun experience that you have, that's where it cascades out. And then you'll hit another pause because you have to gain momentum again. And this is that law of correspondence, the rhythm. The pendulum swings to the left, pendulum swings to the right. There's an aspect of correction that always happens. When one thing goes one way, one thing goes the other way. Only when the roller coaster does start going uphill again, it doesn't mean you've hit the brakes. It means that it has to gather that momentum. So when the pendulum in your life swings back and you feel like you're losing momentum, or you feel like things get scary, or you feel like money gets weird, or you feel like your relationship is starting to give you some weird signs that you have to pay attention to and now get angry with or get scared about your financial situation or even potentially your health, it's only a temporary pause, but it's not even really a pause. It's a temporary slowdown so that you can gather more momentum so that you can get on that roller coaster again and have this really beautiful fun time. The slowdown is not not fun. It's just the time for you to rest. It's a time for you to Take it in. So what I've started to do is take those signs when it does start to slow down. Like yesterday I had a slowdown day. It happens to me almost in this really ready player 1 real time type of thing where I feel it immediately. There's all this evidence that happens in my life and now it's like, okay, I've got some weird financial thing that happened out of the blue. It literally course corrected itself once. I just leaned back a little bit within about three hours, right? I had some stuff going on with my fiance and we got into it for a minute and all of a sudden I just leaned back, let it take its course and we're closer than ever. Traditionally, what I would do is from the financial perspective, start to freak out and try to fix some things. Get really into it. I just, let me just lean back. It doesn't mean ignore it, it means lean back and actually assess it for what it is. Look at all the correspondent connections associated with it, where it actually sits in the pendulum of rhythm. Are there more than one experiences that are happening right now that are like constructing itself so that you can see that you're moving uphill on this roller coaster. And you're not necessarily in the fun, the upswing of it. You're not in this like it's, it's not in the letting go, like let's get on the, you know, the, the downslope of the roller coaster. You're going up it. And once you can see the evidence of that architect itself, you'll get like a series of emails, you'll get a series of text messages, you'll have some weird conversation with your significant other. You'll just feel different. Your stomach might have something going on with it. You'll start to feel these things and you're like, okay, there's a glitch of the matrix. I'm starting to feel a little funky about it. All I have to do is lean back a little bit and surrender. And I surrender into my higher self and let my higher self pull me up that roller coaster in ease. And then it will allow me to let go. And there'll be some things that you have to facilitate, some conversations that you need to have some areas of opportunity for you to be compassionate with the loved one in your life. But when any of those things happen, it's for you to remember that it's not about hitting the brakes because you are in control of nothing. But you influence everything. And in the opportunity of influencing your ability to surrender to your higher self. When you feel out of balance, it is going to pull you back up. And, you know, let's say, for instance, there's something weird financially going on. You get a call from a bill collector. It's like these things come in waves. Call from a bill collector, there's a problem with your significant other. You start to feel sick in your body. And all these things happen at one time. This is not a string of bad luck. This is divine signs telling you you are going uphill on the roller coaster. If you surrender into those things and you say, okay, why are they corresponding this way? How good has my life been before? And you show gratitude for what's been happening, and then you take that gratitude and you apply it to the present moment now. And then you say, okay, this is only a temporary situation. And I'm gonna love the out of me going uphill right now because this is just an area for me to rest and lean back. And I do some small facilitation tactics in order to make sure that everything's in bounds. But I do it with the aspect of love, knowing where I'm going to be, whether it's tomorrow, whether it's in a year, whether it's in a month, or whether it's in, you know, the next two seconds. What will happen is that the portals of your life will start to shift. You'll start moving through another one, and then the experience will speed up to you, and then that situation will immediately eradicate itself. And that happened for me yesterday. Like, literally everything fixed itself in about four hours. And it was a really beautiful way of overcoming it, because it was not me accepting the fact that the illusion that I gave myself for me to love myself more so that I can move into a different state and then actually get back on. The downside of the roller coaster was divinely timed. And I accepted that. And it allowed me to understand the reason that I created it. I started to move into love. And when I did that, the whole ecosystem changed. It was a beautiful, beautiful becoming. So we all have the power to do that. My encouragement for you in this, and I'm going to leave you with a little tidbit here, is don't hit the brakes. Allow yourself to get into that divine flow. Allow yourself to move seamlessly through it and accept the beauty that's around you, even when it doesn't feel beautiful. And there's David Hawking's scale of consciousness. I encourage you guys, after you listen to this, to go. Google starts at shame, and it moves all the way up to enlightenment. And there's these three stages before love that go from willingness to acceptance to reason. So whenever you're getting into those spaces where you say, hey, I'm losing it, things aren't working, are you willing to step into your influence, into your power, into the fact you are a creator? Once you do that, can you actually accept everything that's happening around you as a version of love, as a version of your creation? The third thing would be, do I understand the reason that I created all this to love myself? And once you understand the reason from the willingness and the acceptance, you actually will move into the doorway of love. You'll see those four steps in his grid. And when you see those four steps, once you can go through those four different steps within your mind, it'll allow you to constantly stay at a station of love. And at that station of love, the world will start to show up that way for you. Thank you guys for listening, and I love you.
