Welcome to the Science of Abundance Daily Alchemy podcast. I'm your host, Sean Clayton, and my story's pretty interesting. Went through a ton of trauma, former incarceration, suicide attempts, sexual abuse in my life. And one of the things that's happened in my life is I've actually used hermetic principles, alchemy, all these really cool tools that we hear and we talk about the Illuminati, whatever you want to call it, and develop practices in order to change and affect my lives differently. So within this podcast, I will be giving tidbits and bites for individuals to be able to bite into on a daily basis. That will allow you to take baby steps to change your life. But at some point, you'll find the door that starts to change the effect of how you show up on a daily basis.
On this episode of Daily Alchemy, we're going to talk a little bit about meditation.
So.
So I was having an interesting conversation this morning with a really good friend of mine. And even I struggled with this for a period of time in my life where I got to this wall and doing these meditative practices, I felt like I kept hitting them, whether it was the Calm app or whether I got involved really into Dr. Joe meditation, which opened my mind completely where I was doing these two hour, four hour meditations, tried some of the transcendental stuff. And it was interesting going through these different journeys because I ended up finding that I would go into this really cool space of nothing. And so it's like the calming of your mind. And what was the purpose around calming your mind so that you can actually receive the signals that were meant for you. So the meditative state, a lot of people use it more to get out of broken states. So there's that version of it. There's some individuals that when they're on their path, what we call we're always on a path of enlightenment. So I want to course correct that. But people are on the three dimensional path of enlightenment and they're looking to expand, expand, expand. They play around a lot with different meditative practices, try different stuff, talk to a guy, he rolls his eyes back and does this thing with his tongue. You have all of these different versions of what people do to hack the body, to meditate. And what came to me today is that when you hit those walls of meditation, there's a reason for it. And that reason is that you're not going to that next level. So when we use meditation in order to escape, that's not the point. When we use meditation in order to forget something. That's not the point. Meditation is a doorway. Dr. Joe taught this really interesting thing where it goes from being somebody to nobody, to everybody. It's being able to understand everything through the perspective of the all. If we take the three first three laws of the universe, it's being able to take the thoughts, become things. It's being able to take the perspective of correspondence. It's being able to take the fact that everything is all energy and pull it through the lens of polarity to see everything all as one thing. When we see everything all as one thing, what it does is it gives us infinite understanding of all possibilities. When we are somebody or something, we're looking through the linear timeline of reference, looking at the evidence that's lived outside of us. And where we stay stressed is because our higher self is basically calling BS on the fact that what we are looking at is not true because there's other opportunities around it. Imagine, if you will, an experience of, let's say, driving in traffic down the street. And you're driving in traffic down the street and a bunch of cars get in front of you, get stuck in traffic. Then you say, okay, well, dang it, I'm stuck in traffic and I'm frustrated about the traffic and I'm getting angry about it. Society has told you that if you're running late to something, you're not a good person. So now you basically take the reference of being stuck in traffic with being late. And now you're inconvenienced because you're not going anywhere. And sometimes maybe not going anywhere is the best thing for you. If you looked at it through the allness of it all, you are there divinely for a very specific reason. That's the all reason for it, right? So whether you're in traffic, whether you're stuck in some weird relationship, whatever it might be that you're in right now, that feels like it's not a loving thing for yourself. Once you see the allness and the creation of it, you can actually apply love to it and it'll release itself. So I've found this many a time I've been stuck in traffic and I'm like, oh, this is probably stopping me from getting from an accident. Maybe I need to slow down a little bit and take my time, take a few deep breaths. Maybe I need to just sit here and enjoy the music and actually put some frequency into my body that's a little bit different. So now I'm taking a little bit extra time. Now I don't have guilt or shame associated with being late to a meeting or being frustrated about not getting someplace when I was supposed to be there. Because whenever I'm supposed to be there is exactly when I'm supposed to be there. And now what's happening is that what we end up doing in meditation is releasing the linear construct that has tied us to an expectation. And through releasing the linear construct that's tied us to that expectation, we then have the ability to see the perspective of all things. So the process of meditation is being able to say, okay, I can do it in one minute, I can do it in two hours, I can do it in three hours. Being able to then find that free space to where you're moving into the space of the all, to where you can pull and healing frequencies and then start to change and transmute your life into love. If I'm going to look and transmute my life into love by pulling in the healing frequency of the energy that created it all, then what I have to do is I have to clear the slate, which is the process of meditation of my expectations around what life has taught me. And that allows me to call BS on those things. So in those spaces of meditation, it's not about overthinking things. It's about seeing the infinite possibilities and finding the lane of love that's meant for you. And then through that process, you are now encompassing the all from the perspective of your own personal journey, not everybody else's journey. I'm going to repeat it again. When we actually look at everything from the perspective of the all everything, infinite possibilities. And the mind can process this, but it's really what happens is that we have to observe it from our heart space, our feeling space, what feels loving to us, what is vibrating at the high coherence energy. That's why the heart is the observer of the mind. When the heart is observing the mind and we start to expand everything out and we clear the slate of expectations and limited beliefs, then we move into the space of being able to reference everything through the lens of love. So don't get trapped in the process of meditation. You can actually meditate in a second and you basically, you throw yourself into the space of the all. If you throw yourself into the space of the all, all the time, and you see the infinite possibilities and everything, then you actually understand why it was created for you. And then you're in a constant meditative state. You're in the other side of that state of creation, of cause, and you're not in the state of Effect and victimhood. So if we could stay in the state of creatorship looking at everything all at once, cause is being able to sit in the driver's seat. You're not in somebody else's driver's seat and you're moving into that infinite space of expansiveness. That's when we start to really step into our lives differently. And now the meditative practice is more of an exercise of us finding what works and what's true for us and being able to transmute the limiting construct of this three dimensional reality to look at the expansive construct of a five dimensional reality and view an action and act as everything all at once, as love through the embodiment of the allness of you. So it's being able to look at everything through the expansiveness and the allness of you through the lens of love. When we do that on a consistent basis, the practice becomes easier because you're retrenching the neural pathways of the brain to see it that way. When we are retrenching the neural pathways of the brain to see it that way, that just becomes the isness of it and that becomes the rhythm of what you do. It's no different than getting up and putting your pants on one leg at a time or tying your shoes a very specific way. Once you get that rhythm, it's really simple to do it. It's just practicing that rhythm. And that's why getting into a routine is extremely helpful. And somebody has a meditative practice that they're into, it's great. But also understand that, don't limit yourself in that meditative practice suggests escaping out of the three dimensional construct into the nothingness. Because so many people do the meditation. They have these really awesome breakthroughs and they're in this void and it feels so good. And it's kind of what happens with people when they get into a drug. They get high, they get addicted to that feeling of separation. But they don't understand why. They created the separation to actually reconnect it all. So find the opportunity to separate, because the separation is just clearing the mirror of self. Find a way to reconnect it so you can actually stand back in front of the mirror and see you as the pureness of you. And then in that space, what will happen is you will start to move energy differently in your life by looking at it through the eyes of all possibilities. And that's when you are able to easily apply love across those different limiting beliefs that you've had. And it will shift every aspect of understanding of yourself. And life will change immensely. Thank you so much for tuning in, and I love you.
