Sean Clayton argues that mindset and spiritual alignment can extend life indefinitely, contrasting a cultural acceptance of death with practices rooted in expansion, love, and gratitude. He connects anti-aging technologies to a fundamental shift from surrendering to mortality toward building a life of purpose.

On this episode of Daily Alchemy, talk a little bit about living forever. This is an interesting topic only because we have been told that we can live for a very specific period of time. In the last episode, I posted this Scientific America article, and it talks about, we can live for what, 20,000 years or thousands of years or something along those lines, when I was reading it and it hit me, because for the longest time, I've been thinking, we can live way longer than we're living. And even when we think about the concept of the present moment, there's infinite possibilities in the present moment. We use this thing of time for a couple reasons. One, so that we don't lose our minds, because our minds are very rational, they're very logical. They think in this aspect of linearness. And so they associate certain aspects of the past with the present in order to actually understand why we're here. For instance, if I had no memory and I didn't have a way to understand time, when I got up and I started walking, it would be like a new adventure. Which is why in our dreams, we can do really weird stuff, because we're in this place of nonsensical logic and our rational minds can't conceptualize, but we can have all these really amazing things happen that feel very, very real. But in the concept of living and dying, we have coded ourselves in a very specific way in the purpose of death versus the purpose of life. And in this grand tapestry that we call human existence, we have convinced ourselves that we have to live a very specific way through a very specific educational system, learning a very specific set of protocols, not understanding any of the reason that these things exist, that there's an aspect of correspondence everywhere. But we don't get that. We think that it's completely random and that we're just like something that got out there and that we're an accident of the universe. And then some of us are like, well, there's got to be this God thing. So I'm going to point up at that as me not being connected to it. Then we turn back around and we say, all right, well, we can only live for this long because everybody else has lived for that long, so I'm going to have to live for that long, too. So I'm going to put a measurement on that. When I start looking like this, that means my life is coming to an end, and therefore I need to end my life, right? If we stop thinking that way, it starts to change, and it no longer is that. So what we've done Is we've said we're going to put anti aging technology into our world. We're gonna stumble into stem cells, which I've gotten involved with. We are going to get involved with different biohacks and whatnot. And this is a part of us remembering how to actually live longer. It's a retuning using sound frequencies or using biochargers or using whatever you want to call. There's all this crazy stuff out there that's really cool. In order to reset the energy in our body to purge nonsensical things that we actually have. I mean, hell, the reason women live longer than we live longer is because for a period of their life, they actually went through a process of physically purging all of the fucking trauma that they got in their body through a thing called the time of the month. They actually have a cycle that they let things go. We as men, we don't let shit go. We just blow up and have these midlife crises that we get stuck in. But if you think about the timelines that we live on, if we remember that the present moment now is absolutely perfect. If we start living in the purpose of life versus the purpose of death, and I'm going to go into these two topics here in a minute, we're going to live way longer than we ever thought that we could live. And I'm going to use a couple of examples before I get into the purpose of life versus the purpose of death. We have done such a good job as human beings in convincing ourselves that we need to die at a very specific time, that we're questing for the answer to death. Even through the process of creating sicknesses. We go to the doctor and they tell us that we have a very specific time to live. And those that start to change their thought pattern about that, they live longer than that time to live, they fight faster. Those that basically surrender into it, they almost die. Like clockwork to the day that the doctor says that they're going to leave. How powerful is that? Is it the mind that's doing it? Why do some people live longer and some people actually hit that clock? Think about it. It's something that you have to lean into. We have convinced ourselves that we can put ourselves on such a defined clock that we're going to live so long. My dad and I have these conversations and he tells me, sean, I only have so much longer. And I'm like, dad, so do I. I don't know if I'm gonna be here tomorrow. Neither do you. Neither of us Know if we're gonna be here tomorrow, I don't know. If I'm here in five minutes, I could get wiped off this Earth in a minute. I can also live a lot longer if I think I'm gonna get wiped off this earth in a minute. I'm gonna get wiped off this earth in a minute. And if I think it enough, it's going to happen. That's the power of the mind, that's the power of thoughts, that's the power of mentalism. When we think about the first law that created the universe, God spoke it into existence. We have the power to create from our voice, from our thoughts, from our intentions. So if we create death from our intentions, that's what will happen. And when we come into this world, we get riddled with funerals. We see people pass away, we see our grandparents go, we see our parents go, we see our friends go through things. We see our friends, parents and all these other things actually happen. And it happens as a concept of age, that's process of dying. And so we convince ourselves, all right, well, probably around like 75, I'm gonna get there. And then somebody lives a little bit longer. And it's no different than the Roger Banister four minute mile. Oh well, that person lived at night. Maybe I can live tonight. And now the world lives a little bit longer. Oh well, they can live to this long, I'll live that long. And so we are going through the process of creating expansion off of a different level of awareness. And if we think it so it is so. If we think we can live a thousand years, we can live a thousand years. If we think we can live forever, we can live forever. If we think, hey, something traumatic is going to happen to me and I'm going to get shot and killed, we're going to get shot and killed. We start to create the environment around ourselves to create the conditions so that situation happens. And the interesting thing is our soul fights us along the ways and that's why we live longer. Because our soul is here to have an experience. Our body sometimes drags our soul along the way. And at some point our soul says, you know what it fine, we'll give up, we'll go and turn back into whatever it is you say we're going to do. And in that moment of death, when I've seen, you know, the few loved ones in my life that have passed away is they have this really beautiful enlightened experience, the moment before death where they actually remember the purpose of life. And everybody's going to experience it. Whether you see these books like Conversation with God, or people that have actually passed away and come back and they go through these doorways of awakening, and they're like, oh, I get it now. And now the rest of their life is filled with purpose. And then they surround themselves with individuals that convince their lives that it's not that same purpose. Most of them, if they push hard enough and long enough, they live a very established purpose. And even if their body decays over time, they end up in a position to where they are living an infinite life. I do know in sense that the physical body that we're in has the ability to be recharged from thought alone. That thought alone can create a correspondence within itself that is tied to soul, that allows that soul to create an infinite vibration of reality that will expand not only to yourself, but to heal others around you. And in that healing, we will all live a much longer life. And these bodies that we have will actually be vessels of infiniteness. And the cool thing about it is, is that the technology that we see, the worlds that will live in the way that it will conduct itself, Isn't going to look anything like the world lives today. Because it will require a different level of abundance to hold the space in the container of these infinite bodies that are now tied to our infinite souls. That's going to be the beautiful side about it. So now let's go down the path of the purpose of life and the purpose of death. So we all live in purpose, right? And when we talk about living in our divine purpose, that's the purpose of life. That's longevity, that's infiniteness. We talk about living in the purpose of death. That's what we've been doing for as long as probably humanity has been around. We've looked for reasons to die. We've looked for reasons to suffer. We've looked for the purpose in staying away from our soul. In order to say, I'm human and that humanness needs to hurt, needs to bleed, needs to have guilt and shame and anxiety. And all of that is part of the awakening. For us to know that we're divine, we have to know what we don't want to know, what we do want. Because we're all interconnected as one entity. And because time doesn't really exist, but it exists in order to keep us sane. And in this world. And because we actually have the ability to look at everything all at one time. And because that quantum understanding is starting to wake up to us, we can now look at every opportunity and say, that was me, that was me. That was me, that was me. And we can learn from those experiences. And so even though there's been censorship in a lot of these texts, and a lot of them have been used from an aspect of manipulation and control, when we get down to the intention of why they're created and we go in our heart, we can actually see through the BS and see into the intention and the love of the words. Even in the chaos and the pain and the struggle that was happening, we can call BS on a lot of the stuff that we've read. We will start to see the purpose of life that was written in every single thing that we read, that we experience in the history that's out there. Once we do that, then we ground ourselves across these seven laws. And those laws start to open the doors for us to actually understand how to walk in those principles, the principles of the ethereal plane, the balance of the physical plane. The pain will no longer be there. And this is where we walk in the purpose of life. So the purpose of life is seeing the infinite abundance in all things, seeing the miracles in everything around you. Being able to live and walk in a lens of gratitude and love and joy. Being able to see everybody as a reflection of you, even in their pain. Being able to understand why you created life in order to love yourself more. Because you're not living in this perception of victimhood or this creatorship of victimhood. You're living in a constant state of creatorship, of love and abundance, wholeness. You'll also understand that wholeness is created in the combination of you with others. You'll understand that when you're in relationship with somebody, that relationship is an infinite expansion of your whole self, your spiritual self, your divine being. And that you drew that person to you right here at that times for that person to be infinitely perfect with you. And even in your brokenness, you're perfect. That's the purpose of life, the purpose of living, purpose of death is all the other things are outside of that. And a lot of us have had to go through understanding the purpose of death to get the purpose of life. Then we're now at the precipice to where, I don't know how many more books that need to be written, how many more shows we need to watch, how many more gurus we need to listen to, how many more people need to watch perish, how many more wars need to be waged, how many more school shootings need to happen. But when we stop creating that, it will stop happening. And even though you say, how did I create a school shooting? Well, somebody didn't care enough for somebody to break the generational trauma somewhere along the way that some aspect of reckoning happened in order to wake other people up. And it's always sad, it's never great, it's never a good thing if you use the words like good or bad. But it's always a learning opportunity in love. And so when something horrific happens, like whether it was the stuff that happened with me, going through sexual abuse and trauma, going through being incarcerated, slitting my wrists, hurting people that I hurt in my life, them hurting me back, all of that happened for me to love myself. When I saw it that way, I let go of the linear understanding of the pain that was associated with it. I saw the love and it healed that entire aspect of myself, which then opportunistically healed all those other individuals that were involved with it from the perception of me. Now imagine everybody on earth does the same thing at the same time. The whole world just heals because I heal, you heal, we all heal. And then it's just this big healing frequency. Then what happens is the life that we perceive that we were tied to based on the trauma of the past and the purpose of death is now moving into the purpose of life. And now there's infinite expansion of self. Because we can be in any possibility at any given time. We go from being a three dimensional being to a five dimensional being because we stop choosing fear, we stop choosing death. So a couple takeaways in this is that, remember we talk about walking in your purpose. The reason that we look at what you love and what you fear is so you can love what you fear and you can expand what you love. Therefore, the purpose of your life is always the purpose of love and always the purpose of living. We also understand that within purpose that we can choose in our purpose to take that great purpose that we have, but then look at it through the purpose of death or the purpose of life. Are we infinitely expanding or are we infinitely contracting? We can choose one or the other. Cool thing about it is, no matter what happens, we end up constantly expanding. So even if we drive this physical body into the ground, our soul will expand. Our soul breaks away and does its thing. So wouldn't you prefer to see what that feels like in this physical form? I do. And see how far we can take that and whether it's 150 years, whether it's 200 years, whether we reverse age and do something weird. We don't know we've never experienced it. I'll encourage you to remember that there's energy around us that is unknown. There are opportunities that we have not yet seen, and there is love that we are here to remember. And if we can walk within that path, I can't even imagine what life's going to look like. But I know we're going to go from a world that we see now to a beautiful world of creation. I encourage you guys to tune in on this, share this with somebody you love. I know there's a message in here. Let's stop walking in the purpose of death. Let's walk in the purpose of life, and let's live forever in these beautiful present moments that we have. Thank you, and I love you.
