The speaker explores the 1:1 genius talent, which centers on stability, strength, integrity, and service. Marcus Aurelius exemplifies this type. Finding authentic allies connected to a greater mission helps develop these talents efficiently.
1:1. So the genius talents of the 1:1 is stability, strength, integrity and service. So these are the talents that you have within yourself. And the goal here is to bring those talents out and master those talents as fast and as efficient as possible. So the mentor is a person who has mastered the genius talents of the 1 dash 1. And when you master the genius talents, you become the pillar of strength, service and stability. So an example of somebody who's mastered the one dash one energy is Marcus Aurelius. So Marcus Aurelius is, or was, excuse me, he was a Roman emperor, one of the last rulers, known as the five good emperors. And you really see an example of someone who's solid internally and externally, and that's what he created in his empire. And also someone who's focused on service and integrity. And not to try and get something, not try to get awards, not try to essentially get anything. It's integrity for the sake of integrity, of doing the right thing, being the person that you want to be and ultimately knowing that even if other people can be fooled, you're gonna always know what you did, you're always gonna know how you acted. And he's got a great book that he wrote that was, it's called Meditations. And it was originally just his, his journal to himself of writing ways or messages to himself to remind himself how to be when he's navigating all of the challenges of running an empire. And that journal was essentially found after he passed away and was published. And that book is a great guidebook for the 1 dash 1. So to bring these qualities out in yourself faster and more efficiently, you want to find an ally, you want to find somebody who has the qualities of being authentic, which then leads to being decisive, which then is a heart based connector. So someone who is connected to their own heart and someone who basically shares that with others, you know, someone who's authentic and that creates a magnetism. And the reason why that helps complement the one one is that true strength, true stability comes from being connected to a mission, a mission greater than ourselves. And if we're just doing things for ourselves, then we're really just out and alone in the world, you know, trying to, trying to get whatever we can get our hands on. So true stability is connected to a greater mission. And that comes when you connect to your heart, which connects to your purpose and your passion. So somebody who is very connected to their heart, very authentic, then that's going to help bring that out in you, which then is going to connect you to a whole new level of stability.
