What's the biggest blocker that prevents leaders from giving meaningful career guidance? Time. Yeah, it's time. So what is the overcome for that? One of the things that we incorporate to many of the programs is Mentoring Mondays. And people say, Pete, I don't want to have it on a Monday. I'm like, okay, have your Mentoring Monday on a Tuesday. But it's where we say, hey, across the organization, this 30-minute slot, maybe it's a 60-minute slot, is for everybody to have a conversation with their mentor. So we're building this into our, you know, 40 hours week span, actually 160 hours, right? Once a month. Oh, I'm asking for, yeah, is less than 1%, uh, of that, uh, monthly, monthly cycle to say, hey, everybody's gonna go and do this. And we might even do something crazy, shall we, and say we're gonna do it twice a month.
