VITAL-BARITONE and SPEAKER B discuss recruiting tools. They use standard software for intake and discovery, but submit candidates with a custom write-up that includes location, commute distance, skills, and salary expectations. Hiring managers say it helps them assess fit quickly.

So you do have tools that you use for the intake to help you record the meeting, transcribe it. You have tools that you use for the discovery and for engagement. What about on the very end of the submittal? Are there any tools for that?
I'm just kind of a homegrown tool. And so anytime I submit a candidate, yeah, provide a very nice write-up and it provides all the basic details of that individual as a snapshot where the candidate location is, how much of a commute that individual has, a skill overview that's relevant to what we talked about in the intake meeting. Really just the highlights. And also I include the compensation range of where this individual is and what this individual is looking for. So that way the stakeholder can make a really good decision very quickly on this, and every stakeholder I have loves it.
