My biggest pet peeves, I get really hard to find candidate, get them engaged. They're not really looking, but they'll consider the opportunity because of the conversation they had with me. I send them to the recruiter and then the candidate never hears back from anybody. Like, just nothing happens. And so they come back to me again. They're like, hey, I haven't heard from anybody. It's been like 2 or 3 weeks. I thought you said this role was, you know, urgent. Like, this doesn't feel very urgent. And I have to go back and check with the recruiter and I'm like, yo, what's going on? I literally passed you a hot potato. Are your hands burning? Because like you've got this hot potato and they'll be like, oh yeah, let me go and let me go and look at that. And that's the first time they're even looking at that. And it's been 3 weeks and I'm like, what? And these are recruiters, so they should know. But just nothing pisses me off more than that.
