A creator hired agencies to reverse-engineer how they built a 300,000-subscriber YouTube channel, then replicated those tactics. The one skill they taught themselves was growing on X/Twitter, which they still manage alone.
when I made the commitment, I was like, okay, I'm going to learn this content shit. I hired a bunch of agencies only to learn what they did so I could just decrease my learning curve. What they had achieved for their personal thing that they used as their credibility, I wanted to surpass anyways. They had a 300,000-person channel. I'm like, great. I hope that's not my outcome. I want to do way better than that. But if I can just take everything that, you know, at 300K and apply it now, then I can just at least get ahead. The only thing I would say that has truly, truly been self-taught has been X/Twitter because I still make all of those.
