In this brief coach‑style dialogue, Speaker B expresses fear about posting content and recognizing their own potential. Speaker A challenges them with a pivotal question: whether they care more about the people they could help or the people who might judge them. Speaker B affirms that helping others matters more, highlighting a mindset shift from fear of judgment to a focus on the value they can provide.
I'm having an issue facing the fear and knowing that I have that potential.
Do you care more about the people you help or the people who will judge you for making a post?
That I help.
Then there's no fear. Just make the post. Fear looks like a mile wide, but when you step forward, it's an inch deep. Just think about what do I have to do? The fear is irrelevant. Just think about activities. There's things that you need to do that you're not doing, and you just have to break them into smaller chunks. Am I afraid of taking a video? No, you can do that. Okay. So, are you afraid of writing a caption? No, you can probably write a caption. Are you afraid of pressing send? Are you afraid of refreshing it and seeing that it doesn't have as many likes as you want? Just figure out what part of that you're afraid of and then really look at it. Is me refreshing a post that doesn't have enough likes a big enough reason for me not to help all the people I want to help?
