Most business problems feel stuck because they're complaints, not questions. Reframe "salespeople suck" as "I don't know how to find good salespeople" and suddenly you have something to solve. The shift from blame to curiosity moves you from victim to action.
Chapters
Insert the problem that you claim to have that is unsolvable and frame it in the form of an "I don't know." Salespeople suck. I don't know how to find good salespeople. There's no good plumbers. I don't know how to recruit, hire, and train good plumbers. All the leads are crap. I don't know how to advertise to get good leads. One is a complaint, the other is a question, and the question has an answer. And so as soon as you can actually ask the right question, you start walking down the path to getting the thing that your business actually needs rather than you just complaining and giving yourself an excuse for why your business isn't growing anymore. And then you cast all the power out to some external thing, and that way you feel good and you can rock yourself to sleep every night saying, you know what, I gave it the good fight. But there are some people who actually wanna fucking win.
