It's really easy for me to hold people accountable because I have so many ways in which I have them report on their own progress. So on a weekly basis, I have end-of-week reports where they're reporting on it, their progress on like metrics progress and project progress, as well as personal progress. So they have to write in there and tell me these things, and people always fill it out because guess what I do? I comment on every single thing they say. I don't miss a point. I read every single line. I respond to everything they say. It takes me a long time. I've done this for years, and I think that the reason most people are really shitty at getting reporting is because nobody reinforces them filling out Report.
