This is the cruel reality of small business. Small business owners tend to have the most ideas of things they can do, but small businesses in general have the lowest capacity to pursue new ideas. Like, you have so little time and so little effort and so few people and capital that you can actually do anything, especially if you want to do it right, that the, the best hope you can possibly have if you really want to compete is to just do one thing well.
