Shanli Liu argues that sponsorship deals fail because you're not reaching out enough. Instead of one pitch every two weeks, do daily outreach equal to what one deal takes. Consistency beats luck.

Volatility is typically a function of low volume. If it feels like this, it's because you're not doing nearly enough total volume. So if you're like, well, you know, we do one sponsorship every two weeks and that's, and we get a big jump and then there's nothing. It's like, well, the amount of outreach attempts that you do in order to generate the one partnership is what you need to do every day rather than every two weeks. So the people who are able to do one partnership, you know, promo per day are doing that level of reach out every single day rather than spread over two weeks to get the deal done.
