19 days ago, we had a bit of an accident. Just someone on my team left a plate on one of the machines. And so the rule is simple. You can use the gym as long as you leave it better than you found it. If you leave weights behind, you certainly haven't done that. When that accident happened, I sent a message to Slack telling everyone that no one could use the gym that day because trying to play detective and figure out who is the one doing it was not worth it. It needed to be a collective effort of everyone looking out for everyone else. And I leave this up there as a reminder of how many days in a row we've done it right.
