You can't sleep with 9 women to get a baby in a month. Some things just take time. Rush is entirely imaginary, and the result of that rush is very poor decisions because of a made-up timeline. We make bad hires, we go too fast, and I mean, it kills me as an entrepreneur because I'm like, why is this taking so long? If my team is screaming in pain, I honestly just chill. I just wait until they, like, breathe a little bit and I'm like, hey, let's do more pain. But it used to just be like they were in pain and I was like, just toughen up and we'll do more. It lost me a huge amount of money.
