This is a writer downer for everyone. You cannot have an AI business without first having a data-centric business. Period. If you're like, I'm building AI, it's like, no, you're building a ChatGPT overlay. You're not building AI. AI is about training with data. And if you don't collect data and structure the data well with clear inputs and outputs, you don't have anything to train the AI on, which means you have nothing.
