I don't know where you are on your journey. We're all in a different place. So I don't know which one of these steps you need to hear today, but I do know that if you'll stay open to it, if you give yourself the gift of this moment, you'll find that one idea, that one, that one thing that could change everything for you. That's all it takes. And then if you can rise, then you can take that back to your team. And by the way, this is not just something you have to wait until you get home, this is something you can use right here at Jeep's Exchange in Kansas City. So you can rise up through the moments of this event, through the sessions, so you can be present for the conversations that I know you wanna have. So in order to help you make the most of this, you should all have a handout on your table. I invite you to take that, and that's not just some busy work for you to do, but this is something, so if you write something down, you hear something meaningful, you write it down, it's more likely to stick with you. But also then this becomes a tool that you can take back to your team. Because a Gallup Well-Being survey found that employees who are in a state of suffering or striving, you find 2 times the turnover in employees who are suffering versus those who are thriving. So this is not just something like, man, yeah, sure, Shawn, it'd be great to talk about thriving, but I don't have time for that. No, this is essential. So if you can find something valuable here today, then you can take it back to your team. Does that sound like a good way to spend our morning?
