Do you want to weigh less? Then start doing more. And not in a mean way, let me explain. I get it, the second you think "I need to lose weight," your brain jumps to all the things you can't have. Most people approach weight loss by cutting, restricting, and depriving themselves, which is why it feels awful and you wind up throwing in the towel. Instead of focusing on what to take away, focus on what to add. More water. More protein. More fruits and veggies. More walks. More sleep. When you build your habits around nourishment and activity, weight loss becomes a bonus of living well. Not a fight against your own body. You don't have to shrink your life to shrink your waistline. Sometimes the more you add, the more you win. Comment "Blueprint" below and I'll send you my free guide to losing fat without dieting. As a board-certified health and wellness coach who's helped dozens of people lose weight without dieting, I can tell you this works better and just feels like the way weight loss should be.
