You can lift weights, do cardio, track your macros, and take all the best supplements in the world, but if your foundation isn't solid, you're gonna keep spinning your wheels. What's the foundation? Sleep, stress management, nutrition, and movement. Before you worry about the best workout split, before you stress over whether you should eat white rice or brown, and before you spend money on fat burners, ask yourself, am I sleeping at least 7 hours a night? Not just being in bed, actual restful sleep. Am I managing stress in a way that doesn't involve food, alcohol, or scrolling social media? Am I eating enough protein, fiber, and whole foods consistently? Am I moving my body daily for at least 30 minutes? If you're missing one of these, it doesn't matter how many gut detox resets or celebrity-endorsed diets you try. You're working against your own body. Create a foundation first and the results will come faster than you think. You wanna lose weight, feel better, and have more energy, but if you're skipping meals, running on caffeine, and stressing over every calorie, your body's fighting an uphill battle. If you're overwhelmed with where to start, my Nutrition 101 course, Kiehl Essentials, breaks it all down for you. You'll learn exactly what your body needs when it comes to carbs, fat, and protein, how to build balanced meals, and what changes actually move the needle. Check out a free preview of Keto Essentials today inside the Saylor Health Coaching app.
