So I just finished the 12-3-30 workout for the first time on the treadmill, and okay, if you're unfamiliar with this workout, it's basically a 12% incline at 3 miles an hour for 30 minutes. So it comes out to be about a mile and a half, and let me tell you, I am sweatier now than I am when I run a mile on flat ground. This is what we call LISS cardio, L-I-S-S, low-intensity steady state. This type of cardio is best for fat burning. So if you're still in that, oh my gosh, I need to do high-intensity cardio like running or jogging in order to lose weight, this is something that's going to change the game. So ditch the jogging, ditch the fasted cardio, and just start walking at an incline. Do this 2 to 3 times a week for about 3 to 4 weeks and let me know what happens. And of course, follow for all things nutrition, movement, and mental health.
