In this brief monologue, the speaker recounts how listing a property on both Furnished Finder and Airbnb quickly attracted a travel‑nurse tenant for a three‑month stay. The tenant left the unit in pristine condition, and the rent jumped from $1,800 to $2,500 per month. Impressed by the higher income and low‑maintenance tenant, the speaker decided to convert all of their long‑term rentals into mid‑term rentals, marking the start of their real‑estate journey.

about Furnished Finder. So obviously everybody knows about Airbnb, but I listed on Furnished Finder and Airbnb, and within a week I had my first tenant. She was a travel nurse. She stayed for 3 months, took amazing care of the property. It was the best thing I've ever done because when she left, it almost looked like she hadn't even been there. And my rent went from $1,800 a month to $2,500 a month. So I was completely sold on midterm rentals. I started converting all of my long-term over to midterm, and the rest is history. And so So that's kind of where I got my start in real estate. And, um, yeah. Yeah.
