Please take your seats. Today I'm going to share my journey on how I went from a veterinary doctor to salary growth expert. It was the year 2016 when I started my career. I was just earning sixteen thousand per month. Yes, sixteen thousand. Today, I'm running a community of more than three thousand plus paid members, and I've generated and I've generated over three crore plus in revenue. But this is not a success story. This is a story of confusion. Struggle, failures, and multiple rejections. And along with this, I just took one decision that completely changed the trajectory of my life. When I started my career, on paper I had a degree, but inside I had zero confidence. I don't know how to speak English fluently. I had a lot of inferiority complex inside. I was a super-duper introvert who deliberately avoided conversations. For more than two years, I wanted to grow, but I don't know how. I'm sure many of you have felt this. I know I'm capable, but I don't know how to unlock it. One day, something magical happened in my life. I met my boss, who eventually turned it into my mentor. C.K. Ranganathan. He is the founder and CEO of CavinCare. CavinCare is one of the leading FMCG brands in India, and their products include Chic Shampoo, Mira Shampoo, Cavin's Milkshake, and Green Trends Saloon. And he is the father of sachet revolution. He ran away from his home with just ₹5,000, and he built an empire of around ₹2,500 crore company. When I read that story, something hit me hard because he was also an introvert. He also had a lot of inferiority complex, and he studied in Tamil medium. He was exactly like me. 30 years back. That day, I told myself, if this person can do it, why not me? But I don't know how to grow. One day, I gathered courage and I asked my boss, "सिक्योर?" I want to become like you. Can you guide me? He looked into my eyes. I appreciate your courage, but I don't have time to guide you. If you come for a walking with me from morning 7 AM to 8 AM, I will teach you.

That day, I decided, no matter what, I'm going to do this. From that day onwards, every single day, from morning 7 AM to 8 AM, I go for a walk with him. That is the decision that changed my life completely. While walking, I asked Sikyar, what is the secret of your success? He didn't give me a strategy. He just said one line: invest in yourself. At that point of time, I don't even understand what is investing in yourself. And I asked Sikyar, Sikyar, what do you mean? Can you explain? And he said— and then he explained the concept of Magic 2 Hours. Every single day, you invest 2 hours for learning, for thinking, for planning, and for preparation. He said that, I am doing this consistently for more than 35+ years.

And I'm still doing it. This is what he said. That moment I decided, okay, this is the secret, I'm going to follow it. I followed this for 5+ years continuously. Within just 5 years, my salary went from ₹16,000 per month to ₹2 lakh per month. But more than salary, I built self-belief. I realized something powerful: your past does not define your future. After quitting my job, I don't know what business to start, whether to start an online business, offline business. I was confused. Then a second miracle happened in my life. I thought this is a complete scam. I'm not going to join. But he didn't leave me. Every single day. He send email. Shruti achieved 10 lakh in one day. Dinaz achieved 30 lakh in 20 days. Sandeep achieved 20 crores. And I read that email and I got pissed off. Then one day, Black Friday Diamond Membership Lifetime Deal. And he said in the email, he said, this is the last time for you to upgrade to Diamond Lifetime Membership Deal, and if you do not join Diamond will go forever. You can never ever upgrade to diamond. FOMO kicked in. I called my brother. I don't have money in my bank account. Please give me money. I want to join this course. He also don't have money. Okay, I asked. Do you have a credit card? I don't have credit card. Then I asked him to borrow because I don't have credit card. Then my brother arranged a credit card for me. I swiped the credit card and finally upgraded to diamond membership. I don't know what to expect, but anyway, I joined diamond. And then only I realized, does Siddharth Rajsekar has any other job apart from sending email to me? Yeah, because that time I don't understand this is automated email.

That's the problem.

Okay, anyway, until I upgrade to Diamond, he didn't leave me. So finally upgraded to Diamond because my skin is in the game. I invested 1.4 lakh in Diamond. There is no other way. I quit also my job. I launched my courses in January 2023. I conducted my first webinar with so much enthusiasm. I'm going to recover all my investment. 17 people attended my first webinar, but only one person bought. Again, I was super duper excited. I conducted my second webinar. This time expecting more members will attend, but only three people attended. Out of those three people, two people left in the midway. Only one person is there. I still have hope. He will definitely buy. But he also didn't buy. But he always, always teaches, mission first, community first. Okay. I gave my 100% because even if one person is listening, I'm going to give my 100%. Please remember, You don't— you won't have a big audience in the beginning. You won't have big numbers in the beginning. Success is not built in crowds. It is built in consistency. I repeat, success is not built in crowds. It is built in consistency. Then I keep on going. So far, I have conducted 250+ webinars. I have learned ads. I have learned content. I have learned funnel. I am facing failures again and again, and still I am facing failures. Finally, fast forward today, I reached this beauty, one crore award. During this journey, I learned 3 powerful lessons, and I'm going to share with you all. Lesson number 1, burn money in your L1, make money in your L3, because your main product is not your L1. It is your L3. I will give you a real example. In September 2025, I invested 20 lakh in ads. Whatever money I invested in ads, I recovered in my L1. My L1 pricing is 10,000. 200 people signed up for my L1. 200 into 10,000, 20 lakh. Out of those 200 people, 30 people upgraded to diamond membership. My diamond pricing is 1 lakh. 30 into 1 lakh, 30 lakh. So total revenue is 50 lakh. Invested 20 lakh, revenue 50 lakh. So the ROAS is 2.5x. So the message is Even if you are getting 0.5, 0.6, 0.7 ROAS in L1, you can still continue to invest your money. You will recover that in your L3. Lesson number 2, build your internal marketing team for running ads. I'm not saying you don't have an agency. You can have an agency on one side, but parallelly you build your internal marketing team. The reason why I'm sharing this is because when you have an internal team, you'll have more control. When you have more control, you scale confidently and you scale faster. How I did it? I hired freshers. I gave access to Siddharth courses. I buy multiple courses and gave access to my team. I invest for their training. I gave money To burn so that they can learn. Because anyway, agency is going to burn our money. So why not we can burn our own money? That's my philosophy. I can proudly say for the last one year, my team is running my own VATs. We are investing close to ten lakh to fifteen lakh. in ads every single month. So build your marketing team, very important. Lesson number 3, give special monthly offers and you can make extra 1 to 2 lakh per month without doing a webinar. I will give you example. My L1 product pricing is 10,000. For 1 day monthly once, I say 50% offer. I tried 20%, 30%, it did not work. But 50% offer. You tell the offer one day before. Tomorrow I'm opening a special way for you to upgrade to my silver membership. From 15,000, only 5,000. The next day, the offer goes live at 10 AM. And I send 2 reminders. 3 hours before, 1 hour before. With a lot of scarcity. 3 hours left to climb. And three seats left, two seats left, and people will join. For the last twelve months, I'm consistently doing it. We have been making extra one to one point five lakh without doing a webinar. And this is my journey from zero to three crore. To reach my first crore, I took twenty-two months. And to reach my second crore, I just took seven months. And to reach my third crore, I just took three months.
