In this brief first‑person testimonial, Maria Virginia Smeraldo recounts how she entered the real‑estate franchise Professione Casa in 2018 as the coordinator of the Prato agency. She describes her initial, casual involvement—characterising it as a “game”—while she was engaged in other activities. After a few months she became fully passionate about the coordinator role, began to dream about her future within the company, and eventually decided to change her geographic area and pursue a new professional path within the organisation.
