So in the chat, if you have not posted, if you have not gotten the training and you're thinking about it, if you need another form of income. So say, for instance, you're waiting on your. Your signing agent information to come back or you're waiting to get enough money to pay for all of that stuff. Listen, as a general notary, a general notary, you can start being an apostille. And that's amazing. Like, you don't have to be a notary public loan signing agent. And the transactions, the fee that you charge can range anywhere from one page for $145 to several pages for up to $1500. You know, a thousand dollars and up. Especially if they want to rush. So it is an opportunity that everybody, I think every notary should have this in their back pocket. And our trainer did an amazing job with coming through. I mean she, she gave everybody from beginning to end. And what I love about this training was that, you know, everybody in the pre launch phase, they created the training like it was, it was absolutely their training period. Every single question. We did not leave the room until every question was asked. Even last night we took questions until it was over.

And so the event ended, ended up being a three hour plus event. So, you know, we answered everything. We answered everything.

We answered everything. Absolutely. You know, I'm, I'm tired now so I can't make any decisions because it won't be a good decision.

We are talking about other classes and bringing other things like the fingerprinting class and all of that stuff. And yes, it was at last night was absolutely recorded.

And she's awesome. She's amazing. I mean, she did such a good job. She. It was over 80 slides. She left no stone unturned. And if she did leave a stone unturned, then we uncovered them. And you know me, I'm box of rocks all day. So listen, when you get the training, you're gonna see me at the end. She's finished her training, right? And I'm just trying to recap to make sure that I have a good understanding with my little bad understanding self. So I said, okay, Ms. Judy, let me make sure that I have everything I need. The box rocks method. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. This is how you do it. So I said, okay, number one, you do this. Ms. Judy came back and said, Ms. Judith. I'm sorry, Judith Lawrence. I keep saying, Judy, Judith Lawrence. She came back and said, nope, not quite. Okay, Ms. Judy. Number two, this is what you do.

Yeah. No, that's not what you do. So, I mean, I got every answer wrong. That's ridiculous. However, the clarification that she gave was so on point. So, you know, I know that I was not the only one that was helped in getting all of that wrong. Because you have to. For me, I just want 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. You can give me all of the information, but if I don't have a clear 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, then you done lost me. So now I have my 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and it is in the training.

One thing that Burris said, he's in India. And he said, I have never seen, like, for real. Y' all are really family. Like, everybody was helping each other. I did not know that during the training There is away. If you need a payment plan, you can have a payment plan through PayPal. Once you go in and sign up.

Once you go in and you sign up, sign into PayPal they give you an option to pay over a, I think 66 month time period. And no, it's not PayPal credit because I asked the same question. No, you don't have to sign up for a credit card in order to use that option and it is zero percent interest. So if you want to go up, go on and sign up now, tonight, use that option with PayPal. And like I've said before, I have PayPal credit and with PayPal credit I borrowed $3,000 and paid $27 a month. Now I don't think you can do that anyway. That was awesome. $27 a month. But this is zero interest and I'm not sure how much you'll end up paying over the six month period, but it's worth it. So if you are ready to go on and get started, go on and pay now. So when y' all create yalls YouTube channels, it's different, you know, so golden girls. TJ, is this a different apostille training other than Machiavelli? It is. It is a different apostle training other than Machiavelli. And for the people who paid for Machiavelli, I was told that he's told y' all how to. He's had an initial meeting with Intro and told y' all pretty much how to be an apostille and giving y' all the steps.

Machiavelli and I are no longer working together. So please, with anything that you need, anything that you paid him for, please see him. I didn't make a dime from anything with Machiavelli, so I cannot give you a refund for it. Some people have been contacting me regarding a refund. I didn't make the money for it, to be honest. At the most, he paid me $200, so I don't want to say not a dime. He gave me a $200 referral fee.

So yeah.

That's the link within the screen below. It was awesome. I understand you getting your notary public loan signing agent money. I promise you I do. But we tell you how to get this apostille money. And I know that you all know this, the ones who have been already doing signings. But for a mortgage signing, you'll make anywhere from $75, depending on the amount of pages, up to $200. Now, the average that I've seen is between. I don't take anything less than 100, but I've seen prices, especially around Christmas, between 100, 100 and 150. Right. Good money, no doubt. And that 100 and 100, 100 to 150 is for you processing about 200 pages. Well, with this apostille stuff, you can process one payment, one. One document. I mean, One page, one document. And make what you make as a notary public loan signing agent.

You can, if, if there are a whole bunch of documents, you can really make a thousand plus dollars. Especially if they need a rush. So.

And so you keep all of those companies as you call in your favorites, so that when I text you a company, you can just hit the. Hit the favorite and bam, you're calling. You're the first one in the queue, and they assign it to you. That's how it goes.

I do Angel. I send the snapdocs links. So when snapdocs sends me a text notification letting me know that a job is available, I'll send it to my mentees.
