Hey, this is TJ with Solutions by tj. And today I'm gonna show you how to make money online in 2021. And guess what? I'm sharing 15 whole strategies with you. And all of them are good. But listen, if I was you, I'd stay till the end because there's some little stuff in the middle until the end that gets really good. And that's 15 whole things. Hey, listen, like this video. Share it. You know how I do. I always give you the goods. So let's go on and start, right?
Number one, sell your images. There are not enough pictures. When you start creating websites and doing design work, everybody is looking for pictures of black and brown people. Meaning when I say brown, I mean Latino, Asian. They're looking for pictures of us doing everyday life type things. So when you look at Getty Images, deposit photos, I love deposit photos, by the way. There aren't enough pictures of us doing stuff like doing business. So if you have pictures, start selling the images on your phone. Offer up in Facebook Marketplace. Now, I know you're saying, well, how in the world can you make money at that? Listen, go to OfferUp, look in the electronics section and pick, you know, it could be a camera. What camera is hot? Look online and figure out what are the best cameras. Negotiate with somebody that is selling a camera. It could be one of the absolute best cameras, right? Negotiate a price of at least $50 lower than what they want to sell what they have it listed for and, and then take that same listing and sell it on Facebook Marketplace to somebody else after you get it and make sure that it's in good condition, it's working, Everything is as it says it is. But you upsell it and make a quick $50, really, really simple. And $50 is just the start. People are selling, I mean, amazing furniture. If I walked you through my house and showed you the stuff at my sister's house.
My sister got killings this summer for just furniture, just stuff that, you know, people are leaving and they just want it gone so they'll sell it for a little bit of nothing. And it is, I'm talking name, brand, top quality stuff. So OfferUp and Facebook Marketplace, don't forget the surveys I talked to y' all about doing respondent IO.
I've told you, with that side hustle alone, I make $400 a month easy. I ain't really even doing nothing. I'm filling out a survey or they contact me and I answer some questions for 30 to 45 minutes and they pay me $150. Real easy. Really easy. So don't forget about the online surveys. And, hey, everybody has something that they do well. Start a podcast, talking about it. We want to hear your voice. We want to know what your thoughts are. I mean, just about general stuff. People, you know, you. You have a tribe, whether you know it or not. Your tribe is your friends, your group of friends. Think about the people that are around you. Think of the interesting conversations that you have. What do you do that you like to do? Do you like to cook? Do you like to repair cars? Do you like to garden? What do you like to do? Because there are people who are looking, looking for what you have to offer. And that's not just in podcasting. That's on YouTube as well. So let's say you're a man. And it could be something super simple like how to change a tire for single women. We want that. I do. Or how to change a tire for new drivers. Or road, road. You know, road hazards are what you need to have in your car as a new driver. I mean, it's stuff like that, man, that we need in the world. So listen, that's on you. I want you to take that seriously and do it. Also become an Instagram influencer or a YouTube influencer. Like I said, man, somebody needs what you have to offer, and we want to hear from you. And it's not about being all, you know, professional. I just who I am on here. I just get on here and talk to you like you standing right in front of me. I'm not doing a whole bunch of dramatics. I'm not going over the whole public space thing. I'm not. That's not who I am. And who I am with you on this camera is exactly who the heck I am off of it. And that's what I want you to be, too. Be yourself. That's what we want to see. They have enough stage stuff in this world, bro. I don't want to see anything else stage. So give us the true and authentic you that you can be. Okay. Sell digital products. You know, so many people want to know the how to's, the 1, 2, threes, the box of rocks method. And I love a list of one, do this first, second, third, fourth, fifth, really, really detailed. I love that. I don't know about you, but I love somebody telling me exact. Not leaving steps out and skipping stuff because that's useless. I like very detailed stuff to tell me how to do it. Create digital products. Figure out. Learn a new topic. Learn a new subject and Create a digital product around it where it's step by step, box of rocks broken down to the last compound made for a third grader type of digital product, where it's just easy. Because we're so busy, we need easy. So make a digital product, contact an influencer or become somebody online and grow your own tribe yourself and then sell those digital products to them or contact influencers and sell it to them. There's a new app, I've talked about it before called Clubhouse. Join me on it. It's for iPhone and I'm on there at Solutions by tj. It's conversation and audio. But if you were to go on there and take notes and turn those notes into a digital product, people would buy that digital product just for your notes, paying anywhere from five to ten dollars just for your notes. Especially on awesome conversations. And you word it right, you do the marketing right, you'll blow up and print on demand. So you know how people have these printing businesses where they print T shirts and all of that stuff? Well, guess what? There is a website called Printful where you can print hoodies, mugs, shoes, shirts, sweatsuits, socks, you name it. You get somebody on Fiverr to create the graphic for you. F I V E R R. That's Fiverr to create the graphic. You go on Printful, create an account and sell your products. And guess what? There's no upfront cost as far as you having to buy all these shirts in bulk. They print it on demand, so when somebody orders it, they print it for you. You can do that for your own family reunion. How easy and awesome is that? And then not only do y' all have the shirts, but y' all have the socks, the tennis shoes. You know, it's a whole plethora of stuff that you guys can get. And you know how these family reunions are. Well, you know what? Ain't nobody going to a family reunion. But when the world opens back up, you know how people are when they come to family reunions and that family didn't pay. Well, guess what? Charge regular price for those shirts and you get the money off of the back end. And then that'll help divvy up some of the costs for that family reunion. I'm just saying, and I've already mentioned YouTube, but I want to mention, create your own course on how to do something. It can be a video course or it can be a written course, and then sell that course online.
Man, like I said, you know how to do something, even if it's painting walls. Trust Me, I tried to paint baby. That is not as easy as it seems with getting those edges just perfect with that tape. I thought it was easy. Yeah, I struggle with it. Don't judge me. Okay? But I'm just saying create an app. Get somebody on Fiverr or Upwork to create an app for you. Do translation work where as an Apostille, sometimes you get documents that are in a foreign language. If you speak another language, then you can offer your translation services where you write those documents out or type those documents out in English. There is an actual certificate because you have to be a certified translator in order to do that for Apostilles. But man, it's another side hustle that's really, really lucrative. And also voiceovers. Have you ever seen somebody online, they have an awesome product, but their voice is just annoying? They need a voiceover so you can be the voice behind their business, the voice behind their advertisement. Some people have these beautiful smooth voices, right? That would be you. Another thing that you could do is audiobooks. That is, well, paying anywhere from two to $400 to people are paying you to read their books aloud and create a digital product out of those doggone books. So think about it. And convert voice to text transcribe. That's a good one too, because you can, depending on the length of the document. If you are one of those people that type really, really fast, you can make a lot of money in a little bit of time. And last but not least, be the middleman. And this is just an idea, but consider this idea. For all things that you do, you can be the middleman. As far as a graphic designer, somebody wants an ebook, you're not a graphic designer, but you list yourself on Upwork as a graphic designer and you hire someone on Fiverr to actually do the work. Now why is that ethical? It's ethical because you're taking the vision and translating that vision into a product that your client wants. And a lot of people can create, but they cannot pull that vision together just like their clients want it. So there is a skill to that. Dear people. So that's the last one that I had.
