Their main complaint is. Notaries don't answer the dagum phone.

If you don't answer that phone to get your money, you tripping. Boy, boy, boy. So it's called notary connects. Notary C O N N E X is Ebony. Just look her up. Get on top of your social media presence. And you are not creating social media just to say I'm a notary. I do this. You're creating content on social media reels and post geared toward the people who you are trying to attract. For instance, if you want to get more estate planning attorneys are people who are creating their will, then you put those hashtags in your post and let them know that you offer notarizations. No notary services for estate planning. You can send it to the actual consumer as well as state planning attorneys. And those are the people who you are trying to attract. But your social media, man, that's the way that you ain't got to use no money. Quit worrying about how you look. And all of that stuff on TikTok, baby, they don't care how they look. They in their pajamas and everything. Creating content. They got bonnets on all of that. And me and you from the 70s worried about how we look. Hello, I'm talking to me too. You, you have to offer other services like fingerprinting, apostilles, field services where you just go out and take pictures and get paid. It's a whole bunch of ways to get paid in this business. Just with your notary commission. That's not even mentioning, you know, being certified as a notary public loan signing agent. And if you are a notary public loan signing agent, man, don't sleep on your marketing material. You can use ChatGPT for that. Artificial intelligence, also known as AI is making this world a whole lot more accessible to people who don't understand the computer, don't know how to use stuff. Look these videos up and learn how to use these prompts to get done what you need to get done. I'm gonna create more videos on artificial intelligence and give you the prompts so that you understand what to say in them to create the stuff that you need. And then you're not paying a content creator 99 to 250amonth because that's how much it costs. You can do it yourself and it's not hard. Stop being scared to learn new things. Break that. You've almost made me cuss right there. Break it. Stop being afraid to learn new stuff. Everybody needs more money. Just do it. It's not always easy. You gotta force yourself to get started. Also make sure that you are matching the pricing of this market today. Look at your pricing you might be too high, you might be too low. But start researching your pricing and make sure that you are in alignment with what people are charging around you in the market. So that when your clients call you, you know, don't let them off the phone. You give them your price, but then say, hey, okay, let's talk. How much did you want to pay for this? How much of a budget? What's your budget for this service? If your budget for something is $25 and you coming to me, you coming to my house, I can do that, you know what I mean? Or you coming up the street to the Starbucks that's around the corner, I can do that. If I'm riding around town, I can't do 25. So meet your customers where they are and make sure that you are giving them services and meeting that price. Don't let business call your phone and get off the phone and you don't get it. That's money that you just let slip away when you complaining about money. So make sure that you are taking these jobs, that you are servicing these clients, and that you are meeting them where they are. And if you don't have business cards or a flyer, I don't care where you are all day, every day, have them in your car, take out and make it your mission. Every day, every day that you are out and about. I don't care if it's a restaurant, I don't care where you at. I'm talking about minimum of five postcards, five daggum postcards. Just leave them. If people allow you to leave postcards on the counter, leave your postcard on the counter at a few places. Go in some places that you've never been before. Sit in your car and just look at the maps on your phone and type in attorneys near me and go and give them flyers. You gotta actively do this, people. You gotta actively promote your business. A lot of people say, you know, mailing them, that's. That costs too much. 100 flyers that you created. You mailing out 100 flyers to attorneys, to childcare centers. If you don't want to drive, then mail it to them and let them know that you're there. Pick up the phone and call. That don't cost no money. That ain't no gas. Pick up the phone and call them and then send them an email with your flyer attached to the email. There are ways that you can make money, but you gotta be active. You have to be active. You gotta activate yourself and, and start doing what it takes to be successful or Else you looking like, wow, These other people is. They're consistent. They consistently get business because they're consistent. And if you are not consistent, they gonna wipe the flow with you. And you gonna be like, dang, that notary stuff don't work. Yes, it does.
