Hey. Okay. I hope y' all can see me now. This is irritating. Just trying to go live, man. And this dog on thing be tripping, you know. And so my camera on this side looks beautiful. The lighting is correct and everything. You get over here to this side with y', all, man, and it looks all green. And to me, anyway, I hope y' all are doing well. It is cold. As for Jeezy in Houston, it's cold, y'. All. I don't know who told it to be cold, but it's cold. Jesus, get him on the main line. Honey, this is cold. I ain't even want to go get nothing to eat. It was so cold. And Lord knows I needed groceries.
I need to plug up my phone. I hope all of y' all are doing well. I was just coming on here. I am going to work with y'. All. Just do a little work. Hey, Miles Court V. Always cold in. In North Carolina, man. This is ridiculous. In Houston. I'm so sick of it. I don't like being cold.
Oh, it's cold here in Dallas with snow, freezing rain.
I don't like to be cold. Hello. I don't. So I'm in my house.
And I'm sitting down, and behind me is a window. My cousin came in here, and she was like, jesus, it's hot. But when you sitting down, it's cooler because, you know, the heat rises to the top. When you stand up, baby, you be about to pass the heck out. Oh, it's sleep. So you all better be careful. Careful outside.
So I was just gonna share with y'. All. Just nothing really. I mean, just some stuff that I was doing. I've been working today. I created a few videos for my real estate business. And.
Me, my niece came over and she sat with me for a little while. Yeah, it was. I love her so much, Asiana boy, she is so talented. So I'm excited and I'm happy. The videos that I created today, I'm. Let y' all take a look at it real quick. I haven't even shot this one. I kind of shot part of it a little bit. I think I may have to do it because I. Look, I felt so goofy on the doggone video. I don't even know how it turned out, but we'll see. Let me share my screen.
I'm gonna just share the Google Docs part with you.
Chrome tab.
And share.
All right.
Okay, so here we go. All right. So, yeah, this is it. Oh, what am I trying to do? What in the heck did it do? Okay, so this is the top. So what I was doing in the Houston market, just to let y' all know, this is a survey from 2022. And I'm gonna go through it real quick with y' all to show y' all why I chose to do this. Well, let me look at you in the face real quick.
So before I start.
One reason that I decided to do this is because, man, the media lies. So that gum much? Have y' all noticed that? I mean, I don't know why, but it seems like a lot of people during the pandemic kind of woke up, right? And noticed that. Hold on. Something ain't right. It's weird. It's something going on. A whole bunch of lies. And then it's just. It just feels like a whole new world. And a lot has happened, and the trust just isn't there like it used to be at one point, right? And one of the things that I know now, I might not know a lot, but I've been in real estate since 1999. And.
Check this out.
Pandemic, recession. That's all they talking about on the news. All they talking about. Pandemic and recession. Some economists are saying, now is not a good time to buy. Now is not a good time to sell. All the while they buying and selling.
Did you catch that?
Let me show you this. All the while they building, buying and selling. I got to show you this. Hold on. I gotta show more.
So I'm gonna show you how they are creating.
Renters market. So they don't want you to buy. They want you to rent from them.
Because they are creating whole renters market. Houston rental commun.
Yeah.
They are creating whole rental freaking communities.
Right. Of houses. Let me see where it is in the news. Hold on. I'm gonna find a debt gummy. Let me make sure y' all can see my screen, okay? Yeah, Y' all see my screen?
Okay.
Empire community starts to build.
Its first build to rent project in Texas. Okay. Houston developer unveils build to rent communities. Do you hear this?
As part of national expansion.
Build to rent. You see these duplexes in the back? They have a little area. Dude, you ain't gonna own nothing.
They telling you it's not a good time.
But they are building to rent. Do you think this is in your favor, dear? Steam Dinerstein launches build to rent rental home program.
Now let's see what this says.
This is January 13th. The Houston based multifamily developer has broken ground on a single family build to rent community in urban Houston. Spearheading the. The firm launch into the single family sector. They aren't building apartments. They're building houses for you to rent so that you don't own a house.
Let me tell you why it's a good time. Let me tell you why it's a good time. Y'. All let me put this down real quick.
Okay? So y' all listen real clear.
The market that we had last year, right, Was an exceptional market. Interest rates were. I mean, at one point, they were 2%, 3%. It was amazing. But the prices of the houses were sky freaking high.
Why were they so high? Because everybody saw this little bitty small interest rate, and they were bidding against each other on these houses. So what was a $350,000 house sold for? 425. 450 people were over bidding damn near a hundred thousand dollars. Like, wow.
Wow. So it was an exceptional market. Now, you got in in the beginning before everybody, like always. We always last ones to know about something. So then you get in at the end. Now you're in this bidding war. But if you were in the beginning, you weren't in a bidding war. The prices were right. So you bought a house at market value at a low interest rate, you won. If you bought a house late, you lost because you paid too much for that house. 1. There's a difference between buying base. What? Damn.
Ah. Now why did that go out?
Hold on, y', all.
Hold on.
The dog on camera went out.
It's plugged up.
It's always something on this dog online.
I'm just trying to tell people the truth. Here you go. Stopping my greatness.
One momento quarter for water.
I'm hooking up my other my phone.
So that I'm just gonna stop using it. I don't. That pisses me off. Watch it.
You just gonna go off of me like that? That wasn't right.
Hold on, y'. All. It's always some old ghetto.
That gum.
Let me see if I turn that around. If I can. Okay. I can zoom if I turn it around.
Okay. Give me a minute.
Sorry. Shut your photo.
Okay. I'm figuring it out, guys. Give me a minute.
This.
With this.
Hold on. Taking it down. Well, I was really getting into my little thing. Here you go with this foolishness.
Really going somewhere with it too.
Oh, okay.
It.
This goes here.
All right, let's see if this works, guys.
Okay.
Thank y'. All. Okay, let's see if I can get my butt back on.
Okay, camera is on.
Let me see if I could do that. Are you tripping.
Hold on, guys.
Won't you turn right?
Okay, that's that way.
I don't know if it's gonna turn right, y'. All.
If it.
Hold on.
Cancel010.
Okay, let's see.
Turn off. Ain't nobody asked you to start recording me.
Can you see anything in the camera? It's still messed up and upside down. Anyway, forget it. I'm just gonna use this ugly camera.
This is what we got. Whatever. I don't know why that thing. Hey, Cynthia.
It's okay. Deep breath. You got this. Ah, that irritates me. I'm right in the middle of something good.
Okay, so. Yeah, Miles. So you said, girl, I seen a whole rental subdivision, brand new, nice houses. But they telling us it's not a good time to buy. You see it for yourself on the news. So I was saying, I was in the middle of saying, when you overpay for a house, say for instance, the house is worth.
295. And you pay 425 for a house's worth or 325 for a house that's worth 4,95.
There's a difference between, between paying for a house that costs too much and an interest rate that's higher. Right now with the interest rates the way they are, these are normal interest rates. In my lifetime, I'm 47 years old, interest rates have been before, shoot, 10% in my lifetime. So 5% isn't bad. And guess what? At 10%, people were still buying houses. It's been more than that. And people are still, have still bought houses. So this interest rate is not bad, y'. All. It's not. It's really not. Don't make a big deal out of nothing. 5%, you know, it's way more than the 2 and 3%. But it's still a good time to buy a house if you can. It's never a good time to spend too much on a house. Interest rates have changed. You have a 5% interest rate now. By the summertime when, when inflation cools, that interest rate could drop and you could refinance to a lower interest rate. But when you buy that house, that 300 or 295 thousand dollar house for 325 or more, you stuck with that price for life.
So don't think that they won. They didn't. They didn't win. They didn't win.
They, they paid too much to that house. And then the lighting keeps going different. I don't know what's going on. But anyway, yeah, so I Created a presentation. That's what I was showing y'. All. My little presentation.
Where I was. This is. These are statistics from Houston association of realtors, where 71 of the respondents believe that it was a bad time to buy a house in 2022. 71% believed that it was a bad time due to the competition.
70% of the respondents believed it to be affordable to live in the Houston area. But it was still a bad time because of the competition. It was, you know, they were knocking the prices out, out of whack. 79% of renters would rather own their own home. That's. Most renters want to own a house. If you want to own a house now, it's still a good time. The increase in rental prices is a motivator for 70%. I don't know about y'. All. Look, since 2014, rental prices have gone up 40 in Houston.
40 freaking percent. That's a lot. You may as well own a house for how much you paying in rent?
70% of renters are likely to purchase a home in the next two years. They want to, but you know what's keeping them from. From buying. So why are you not likely to buy a house? Can't afford to purchase a home or save for a down payment. I can understand that. Planning to move out of the area. This one says homes are too big for singles. That's not the truth. That's not the truth. Not in Houston. Homes are too big for singles. There doesn't seem to be smaller homes. You. Nah. I mean, even a three bedroom, two bathroom starter home, it's not that big. Don't want the responsibility of owning a home. Okay. Home ownership is one of the major ways that people build wealth. In the United States. The prices are astronomical compared to the size and quality of the home, depending. That was true last year. What I think the problem is, to be honest with you, most people feel as though they are not able to save for the down payment or they can't afford to pay for a home because they can't save for the down payment or they don't have the down payment. But there are programs available for that. Naca. I mean, I could. You gotta have a good realtor. That's number one. You get a shoddy realtor. You, you, you shot it out of the game. The increase in home prices has slowed down 60% of buyers, which was good. They needed to not buy at that time. So far in the Houston market, from what I've seen, prices have gone down about 60, about 16% so. So what does that look like? Let me come back over here and see if y' all can see my screen.
C.
Okay.
Let me bring this down.
Bring this down, bring that. I'm trying to get y' all a clear blank screen. Okay, So a house was on the market for 350,000. Your budget is. Let's say your budget is in the $200,000 range. So $250,000, minus 16%. $56,000 off of that price is 294,000.
That ain't bad, y'. All.
Let'S say.
Your price range. Let's say a house. Let's go 300 last year was listed for 300. Minus 16%. $252,000. Now, so the interest rate might be. Might not be 3%, but you still. The price of the houses have gone down to a reasonable place. And again, don't forget what I told you. You can get out like you can refinance out of that interest rate.
Okay? Santia says, but what are they doing? But what they are doing is renting those houses out so they can pay them off. F.
What. Who's doing?
What the rental communities are doing. Why they don't want you to buy a house so that you. You can pay for their house. Yeah.
Yeah.
So the moral of my story is.
Listen, get you a house. Quit listening to this stuff. See if you qualify. Do what you can in order to qualify this year for a house of your own.
Let's see. What Was the next one? 68 of buyers may begin looking to purchase again. When prices go down. Guess What? Prices are down.
79 of buyers have stopped searching that have stopped searching were priced out of the market. When everybody was in the market and bidding houses up too high, 49 of buyers find it difficult or impossible to come up with the down payment again. There are programs for that.
But check this. They just said that. Then they said 39 of those that recently bought a house. So listen, Everybody. Dang on there. 49 find it difficult or impossible to come up with the down payment. But 39% of the people who actually bought a house found it difficult, too. But they came up with it. They figured it out with their realtor. Only 41% of buyers who bought were even aware of down payment assistance programs. Of Those who were aware, 35% were informed by their realtor. But 54% of people who knew about a down payment assistance program did their own Internet research.
74% found it easy to learn more about the rental assistance programs. And so people who own A house. This was the advice that they would give to others. Wait for the market to turn to a buyer's market. Guess what? Now is a buyer's market. Don't buy more than you can afford over the next seven years. Let the prices of the houses go down. Be patient. Shop mortgage companies. Search for issues before committing yourself to a house. Save at least 20% for a down payment. Have extra money for unexpected repairs and costs. Bam. Majority of renters already pay between a thousand and two thousand dollars a month on rent.
So come on, y'. All.
That's what I've been working on.
I mean, you know.
The investors that purchase all of those homes. Oh, absolutely. But my point is, Santiago, they're telling us not to purchase. As bad as inflation, you got to know what market you're in. You're in an investor's market. Investors are going to be scooping these houses up.
And the prices are go. Houston prices are gonna appreciate. They will get back up to the 350s and all of that just by the natural appreciation of the market. So you really can't lose.
Yep, you're right.
You really, really, really, really, really, really can't lose. So let's look at.
See what's on the market in Houston.
Am I sharing my screen?
Okay, now I'm sharing my screen.
All right, we're gonna do a quick single family search.
Oh, let me go back. Let me show y' all this. Okay, so 16 new listings. This is today.
27 pending.
Option period. Seven houses decreased in price. Four houses are back on the market.
10 houses were withdrawn, three expired, five terminated.
I'm interested in looking at these withdrawns real quick.
Taylor Lake Canyons. 2500 square feet.
Interesting.
Pending and then withdrawn. That's crazy.
This looks like something that's being built.
That's two different.
Properties. Active and then withdrawn.
That's a duplex.
Lovely townhome. So one side of this was.
Let me see.
Fort bend, Richmond area. 1800 square feet.
Townhome. This inviting two story town home with the front porch.
Okay. They pulled off of the market.
Price went down. They didn't want to, you know, it was.
3:32. It went down a little bit. They didn't want to go down anymore. They said they'll just stay.
This house, this is a town hall.
Interesting. In Pearland.
Did they go down on the price? No, they 197.
Ready for immediate move in. Adorable two bedroom, two bath in a gated 55 and older golf community.
They decided to stay.
This looks like a town home. Area. They went down on their price from 23230 to 198. And then they said screw this.
So people are rather. Looks like they'd rather wait some people. This ain't a whole bunch of people. Meadow Glenn. They had dropped the price.
This little house. They never dropped the price. This is a condo.
That looks like a condo.
One to four family residential. Phenomenal medical center location.
Masterpiece from this blank canvas foundation and underground plumbing. Repairs completed.
I can't even tell what this is. It looks like an apartment with a garage. It's a condo.
It's pretty big.
Need some work. They want too much for it. 2.99 for me to pap the bot pace. Do some work. I know you lie.
Lake Conroe. It's real little. It's 900 and I mean 692 square feet. So it's super small. Gotta be one bedroom. It just shoot that little as big as a bathroom. Hello. Okay, so I'm gonna go back to single family. Quick search here.
There are a whole bunch of houses on the market. I just like to look at the map of Houston 1 because I know the area.
So.
I'm gonna go in a little bit.
See if it'll bring some stuff up.
You ain't gonna bring nothing up. You were really tripping. Okay. So active. I want my square footage to be. You know what I'm gonna do a small square footage I'm gonna do. I'm going to do.
Houses that are starter homes and I want to see what's on the market between 150 to 200,000.
Yeah, that got me lower.
So my map goes all the way out. Shoes. It goes all the way out as much as you want it to go out.
But let's see what's available. My.
That's a two bedroom. This is a three bedroom in Sheldon. I can already tell it's not a bad looking house. If somebody wants to start a home.
It needs a little work. It looks like just based on the outside.
Yep, it needs some work. 169. It's been on the market 145 day. Guess what? They'll go down on that price. Hello.
Now how did you determine that, T.J. i looked at the pictures in these work. It's been on the market 145 days. They'll go down on this price.
Are they gonna keep it one or the other?
I love Highlands.
And I like it because it's. It's a country little feel over here. I just want to see what they have.
Yeah. See, it's country.
And it's near some water. My.
I have some really good friends that live over there.
So interesting. In this area. There's nothing. This is where I used to live down in that area.
North side. This is the north side of Houston. Greater Acres home. 150.
This probably needs work. Yep.
That'S trash.
189. This one may not be bad.
It may not be somebody's ideal house. But this is a nice looking house.
This is cute.
Looks like somebody fixed it up. 179. 199. 190.
Not a bad starter home from the outside.
For 190. It looks too lived in to me. It's like, you know, if a young person were buying this house, of course they want to make it look like their own. So this looks like there was a water problem. It needs to. It needs a little bit of work. They'd have to drop this price. The original price was 199. It's gonna have to go down more than that.
For me to be able to fix it up and make it look like mine. You know.
Let me see some good areas of town.
I don't see anything.
Cyprus.
This is probably a decent house. You get more house on the north side of Houston. Normally.
It'S small, but for a single person, this is a nice house.
How much is it? 199. They'll go down on that price. Built in 2006.
It's been on the market 26 days. Give it a minute. They going down.
Oh yeah. These houses in Spring. That's 200,000. 199. 170. Let's look at this four bedroom home in Spring. 1400 square feet.
Not bad.
Still needs a little something to make it feel like home. Some paint, some small revisions. Change these doors.
Yeah, we need some revisions for sure. You couldn't sell just like this for no 170. But it's only been on the market 13 days. I bet you can get this for 150. And right now, I mean if you are really looking shoes. 150 is a good rental property.
So while they buying rental properties and making rental communities. Make your own that gum rental community.
I'm just looking y' all.
In wood acres home.
Let me see what this one looks like. That's not a bad looking house.
It's kind of ugly but it. Man, people just don't have no taste. But you can paint this a different color.
Yeesh.
Get some new countertops, the cabinets don't look that bad that red and see Prof. Okay, so this is a teaching preaching moment. If you get a realtor and they don't take professional pictures of your house, you need to fire them. This is taken with somebody's dadgum phone. If they don't tell you the things to clean up, take the stuff off of the refrigerator so that we can take pictures and make your house look appealing. If they don't tell you just to slap a little paint on this and fix it up a little bit, clean off the cabinet. Don't take no pictures with all this junk on it.
You don't.
Not to get full price for your house.
And how much they want for it. Yeah. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. So if your homegirl pull out her camera, you fire her because she don't know what she doing.
I'm just being nosy right now.
Because my homegirl is actually looking for a warehouse.
Now. Yes, it needs a lot of work.
However.
59 North X equipment. Don't nobody want to live on on the north side. Great investment property with endless possibilities. Lots of new construction minutes. Great for investors. Let me see how big the lot is. So this is the square footage of the house. Dang, it's an itty bitty lot. That won't work.
No, no, no. Won't work.
It's not.
Stuff in this price range. You know what? Okay, so let's change the criteria here. Let's see. Year built 2000 and up.
So if it was built in. So this is 2022. That's still 22 years old. Hold on, let me see. You see? 2012 and up. Yeah, let's see. I got a few matches. Let's look at the result.
Okay, here's something down and look. Dang. All y' all have is freaking.
Dana gave me a mobile home. Lord.
What is this?
So this is a starter hall.
This view, it looks humongous, doesn't it?
59.
Downtown. There's your house.
It's kind of in the hood.
Shoes. It's a brand new house and it looks huge. Looks really big.
I don't know why it's yellow. God. So 1600 square feet on a 7, 800 square foot lot. It's on the north side. The price is 195. Sure they'll go down on that. It's been on the market one day.
But let's look here because these. This is a good place for a new home in spring. My sister lives here. Okay, so let's look at this.
189. 9. Cool little starter home for less than $200,000. Yeah. Cool little starter home.
That looks like it's worth it to me.
I can dang on the tail already. That's a trailer.
What is this? 195. I already looked at that.
Dang. Why are they giving me trailers? These trailers are new or something.
Then you go all the way to Conroe, which isn't a bad school district at all.
This is galveston.
I don't know why they didn't get you. Girl got dog ony. Let's go back to the criteria.
So that was 87, 2012 and up. I need to say no mobile homes.
So when you want to do that, you go down here.
You can either say no mobile homes or you can say brick exterior.
Brick.
Not manufactured. Hello.
So that leaves me 12 results.
And those are the 12 results that we've already kind of looked at.
Let me go back to my criteria.
Now.
You know What? Let's do 100 to 150.
And match.
And that's in Liberty.
And it looks like a nice house.
Whole lot of land.
I don't know something. It does. Oh.
That'S nice.
My sister is leaving out of Houston. Houston area. So it's a 1200 square foot home, but the lot size is 12,000 square feet.
Not bad.
Interesting. Let me come over here and see what y' all are saying.
At least. Okay.
Okay. I'm gonna go back to my room. What I was doing. Okay, so.
Thousand plus.
$100,000 in Cyprus. 1600 square feet. Now this, this, this. This ain't bad. Oh, this is what my little niece needs. Look at the door. Look how freaking cute this is.
Oh, my God. Let me send this to her right now. Where's my phone? Look. Oh, hold on. Oh, I've got my thing right here. This is cute.
People texting me and going on.
Hey, 16. Let me find Asia's number because this is just too good to be true.
Now, everything all ain't always in the area you want it. But, dude, look how pretty this is. And guess what? Nice size backyard for a hundred thousand. Dude, I need to buy this.
And just rent it out. That's the play, guys. That's the plane.
So what's wrong? Just make sure it ain't nothing wrong with it. Hello? Is it in the flood zone? Take 290 to Highway 6.
Wortham Center. It's been listed. It don't even say how many days it's been listed.
Seller is looking for Highest and best, please check comps before calling and asking what the seller wants. He wants the highest and best. Neither home or seller is in a distressed situation. Home is turnkey and move in. Ready. Please see instructions.
Don't miss your chance to own this stunning house. It really is. What did I do? Bedrooms are small.
Wait, living room is big? Well, yeah, that bedroom. How many bedrooms is it?
Why? I don't have a dimension. Oh, yeah, they little, but if you single. Who kills a shaduka nika? 3 bedroom, 2 bath with a garage. You tripping.
In the pictures, the neighborhood looks quiet. Awesome. Nice houses. It's gonna hold its value. I'd look up the flood information, but yeah, this looks like a win. And it's so cute. You can have your own little piece of sanity.
That's real cute. I'm gonna share this.
Hold on one second.
That's good for me. I'm on my way. Okay. Coco.
Isn'T it?
Yes. Isn't that cute? A hundred thousand. So.
They say. Normally your payment is like 1% of that. You know what I'm saying? Like at the height with. With principal, interest, taxes, and insurance, your house payment, 1%, let's say at the most is 1300amonth. And you written when you can be in. How big is that house? Let me see.
They're not 1600 square feet. Man, please.
That's nice, bro.
Very, very, very nice.
Cypress has some nice houses, but up north, you always gonna find something that is a little bit cheaper. And I don't know why that is.
Yeah, I had to text that to my niece. Dang, that's nice. Let me put y' all back on here.
It's Corinne. Okay, Corinne, how are you?
What about Katie? Okay, let's look and see what's going on in Katie. Now, Kareem, you know Katie gonna be high as giraffe coochie, huh? We're gonna look at the map. Well, we're going to change our criteria.
You know what? I ain't gonna even add no price. You want a starter home in Katie? Corinne, what you looking for in Katie?
We're gonna look at starter homes for. For. For the sake of. Type in what? What? What you looking for? Like, okay, starter home. Cool beans. Okay, where am I? Okay, so.
Damn.
That'S a lot of houses. Hold on. Well, let's see what the results look like. Oh, nope, nope, nope. Go back to criteria. And I am going to geomarket.
Katie.
Type in all of the Katies.
And see.
70 houses in the Katy area.
Okay, so 271. 284. I knew it was going to be in the twos. But you might get lucky.
Two 90s, two 90s threes. 275. That ain't bad. 299. 271. 271 ain't bad. 275. I'm just trying to see. Hold on. I'm. Look at.
That gum and look at the results.
And I'm going to. Single line display. That looks nice for 235.
Okay. So look at price.
These are windward. I'm just gonna search by price. Quit playing with me, please. Okay. So. Oh, this is the cheapest one. Built in 2023 for 235. 000 for 1200 square feet. And you know 1200 square feet ain't bad. That's what my mom has. And it's a decent sized house. This is nice.
When windward.
So the price. So the house isn't built yet. It's a Lennar home.
But I bet it's nice. I really want to see what it looked like on the inside. Let me see. Atien Tay Grand Parkway.
New Lennar Homes Cottage series.
Is designed for low maintenance living with generous room to grow. So I'm going to type in this because I want to see.
Control C.
I want to see what it looks like. I want to see. Just hopefully I can see except.
Like what it's going to look like when it's done. So this does look like it. Any more pictures y' all got dog. Y' all tripping.
View the floor plan.
They have the exterior. I don't want to see no dad gum floor plan.
Y' all have some of these already built. Surely somewhere in the world.
Okay, hold on. Y'. All.
The Mayfield.
Somewhere in the world they got them built.
This is New Canyon. Let me see if.
I don't want to do that.
Wow. New Cany. So that was in Cyprus. Same house was 233. New caney is 219.
Wait. 214.
I hate that. They act like they ain't got no dick deck on pictures of. This ain't the same house.
I want to see.
I want to see one that's already. You know what I'm trying to say.
Magnolia.
Y' all gonna give me the same old two step.
It's about the same price in Magnolia.
Sweet deals on inventory. So let me look at these doggone inventory houses. Let me see what y' all have in Texas.
Houston.
Maybe just maybe they'll show it.
So the interest rate has gone down a little bit.
Melrose hilltop, big ben.
Chestnut. Oh, this is a cottage collection home.
Listing price.
225, which is 1600amonth.
That doesn't include.
Taxes and insurance. Probably.
Sandstone. Oh, this is in Mont Belvie.
Okay, now this is it then. Let me see what it look like. Now, if y' all send me back to that page, I'm about to start screaming. Then y' all gonna open up our slow.
Okay. Oh.
They give you a little virtual tour. Okay, let's start the virtual tour.
Okay.
I don't know if I like that setup.
Wait a minute. Why? Look like a little shotgun house. That's the front door to the back. Oh, heck, no, girl. We is not doing.
Thank you sort of house. Okay, so I don't like that one.
But let's go back to the one liners.
Let's see what this one looks like.
This is another cottage home. Same thing, same place. All of these looks like they are.
What's the difference? Square footage. Oh, yeah. The square footage gets big, bigger. So this one's 1400 square.
I just don't like. Like you could see the front doors to the back door. That's like we are in the ghetto. What about this one for Katie Manor?
They keep showing all of this. Man, show me what the house gonna look like. Don't nobody care about that Cinco Ranch.
But I mean, to be real honest with you.
Well, I kind of like this. I don't like the lighting. I can't stand that yellow light. Even in my house, you can't see nothing. But I do kind of like the layout of this. This is a cute little starter home.
I don't like that door, but okay, so here we go with these agents again.
What I don't like. Wrong agent.
So.
That door. The agent took this little old funky picture with her phone.
Instead of just taking a. I mean, this is a nice house. I like the curvature of the hall. I'm not a huge fan of that floor, but that floor lasts a lifetime.
And you can put some crown molding in this thing and make it really, really, really cute.
This bathroom looks itty bitty. Hopefully. That's the guest bathroom.
Yeah, this is probably the master.
Big backyard.
It's better than this other crap.
Now, this looks promising.
Okay, these are professional pictures. You see the difference?
Look at this.
They trying to sell the house. They told these people, clean up. This is how you sell this house the fastest. You don't see junk everywhere. Even the closet is clean. It ain't the best shower curtain in the world. I would like different colors, but it's nice and clean looking.
Okay, so I think this one was 269. That was this one, if I'm not mistaken. Barker cannon for 269. Still not a bad start. No, it wasn't. Hold on.
It was 270.
Yeah, that one was 270.
What 271 get you?
It's not bad looking either. It's cute.
So are these in your price range, Corinne? The 270s.
Let me know.
Yeah, I mean, hey, I'm telling you, up north, you just get more house. I don't give a damn what nobody say.
These are nice. They cute. But let's see what you get. Okay, so this is 235 all the way down to. Let's see what the. The largest price is.379. Okay, so we're gonna go back to criteria.
I'm gonna remove this.
And I'm gonna. 225.
To.
375.
Okay, now I'm gonna go to the map.
Same criteria. And I'm gonna go up north and I'm gonna see what we can ccc.
Okay. This is humble. I bet humble even has some better stuff.
Humble. You already got a bigger house?
Yeah, that commute, I mean, I'm sorry. I' ma live up north. Okay, you just get more house.
Big old backyard.
Come on. Now that just. I'm sorry. I don't know why it's like that. But.
This is humble. So that was 233. This is 254.
Square footage is a decent size.
37. So this whole little pocket is in the 230 ranges. And that's not bad.
My favorite. Oh, but I do kind of like the way the master looks.
With the little nook.
It's not my favorite, but the price is my favorite. Hello.
This is King with all atas casita.
Nice little starter home.
263. 259.
Okay, that's the humble area. Let's look at Cypress. This is a whole four bedroom house.
Oh.
That'S nice.
These ain't professional photos, but they're better pictures than some of them I've seen. You can tell it's not professional. Like they were standing on the stairs. So two car garage. This is the first floor, family room, dining room, kitchen. So all bedrooms are on the second floor.
I'd have to have my dog downstairs. Hello. And this is 236. 1400 square feet. Built in 2016.
Not bad, man.
Not bad.
And I mean all over here, up north. Let me see.
This is spring. 275. 1600 square feet.
Built in 2007. That's cute. It's a solid looking house. Got the crown molding. Don't let people's furniture turn you off. Everybody doesn't have a vision.
But don't let things that you can change turn you off. When you're looking for a house, you can change furniture. This is 275. It's a decent looking house.
That same 275 wouldn't look like nothing at all in freaking Katie. This is 250.
Cute.
Nice size, Master.
Cute. Bread and butter. Little home. 2016. 1600 square feet. 250.
I bet they'll drop it down again.
See.
I'm trying to see.
Anything in the height. Yes. No, maybe heights. 345. 1600 square feet.
Everything. Closer in three something. Oh, Song. I mean Summerwood. This is a nice, nice, nice area. Yeah, I like Summerwood. Cute little house with a porch. Big old backyard. Come through fireplace.
Decent little kitchen.
Give you plenty of, you know.
Decent size. Looks bigger in that way.
Master. Wait a minute. What's this?
This is cute in Summerwood. How much was this one? Oh, that's not bad.
Let me see what y' all saying over here.
Okay. Get the cute one from before for a hundred thousand period.
Chase bank is buying a lot of homes to rent to employees. Wow.
That feels like slavery to me.
I mean, for real.
That feels like slavery to me.
I just don't understand it. Thank you Ms. Johnson, for the super sticker. I do appreciate it. Anita, that just don't feel good. You buying a house for me to rent from you versus helping me to buy my own. I don't know, I. Yeah, Yeah. I don't feel good. I don't. Am I wrong? I mean it sound like somebody doing you a favor. Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe. Maybe I had a wrong thought process.
Oh. I used to live over here. Now this school district is everything. And this price, this house for this price.
Is good.
It ain't cute to me, but.
It'S decent.
Something about it can be better. I can't put my finger on it.
It's not bad.
All the rooms are pretty. Look like they pretty decent size.
It's real bread and. But.
But this school district is everything. This way you want your children over here. This one my kids went to school. For real.
And it's down to 235.
Spring Woods. That's where my Daughter went high school, but she went to.
Okay, let's go down a little bit and see what's. Okay. Come through South Houston.
Let's see.
Y'. All.
Okay. Alvin.
So you get. Oh, Manville. So Iowa colonies. So this is where my child school is. Shadow Creek, Pearland. Let's see what they doing. 289, 322. Move out the way, would you?
I want to see behind you if I could.
I want to see behind you. 3:32. 352. Okay.
And then this is on the other side. Now on the other side over here, they are building some rental communities. From my understanding, you can still own your house for a good price over here. I mean, I know I just sent. Yeah, 243. The problem is over here, when they build a rental community, people who rent don't take care of their houses like people who own.
So your property value isn't going to be. This sucks. Not a good realtor. Must be one of their friends or something.
Not to take professional pictures.
But. So when you. When you build your house or when you buy a house that's close to a rental community.
Now if they did rent to own, they might be even doing you a bit a favor, you know what I'm saying? They're giving you an opportunity to buy a house. What is this in Sienna for 249? It's not bad.
Cute little bread and butter house.
Ain't nothing beating that one for a hundred thousand, though, y'. All. I'm just sorry all this is cute and everything, but.
Yeah, that's the problem over here is that they building that rental community. So you buy over here. It's a whole freeway area.
This is the area you. This is the side of the freeway you want to be on.
This is even kind of cute. It's plain. It's. It's a starter home. You know what I'm saying? Still kind of cute, though.
Okay, get out of the living room. What the bedrooms look like? Laundry room. Gotcha. This is the master with them three little bitty windows.
Backyard is descent.
I just saw one bedroom. Oh, here's the master bedroom. Bath. Bedroom number two. Oh, 10 by 10 is Lilla. And then 10 by 11. That's very small. That's for somebody that don't even have no kids. Madison's bed couldn't even fit in there for 297.
Yikes.
You know what? Let me change my criteria one more time.
So let's see what we can find for.
225. And below.
That's 210. That's 195. Or four bedroom. And wait. What?
Don't look like a bad house, but y' all took these crappy ass pictures. I can't even see what I'm seeing.
I know I saw something else. Didn't I see something else? That's 195. That's 220. 210. What does this look like?
Something wrong with the floors. Not impressed.
Let me see.
So that's south.
Where it goes a little more south. Sienna. Sienna. Those are twos. Those are twos. Come up north. 209. 219. 224. Channel view. Highlands. Highlands. Highlands on board. But that's cute.
I don't see nothing else for real cheap, y'. All. 189. That's the cheap. Cheapest. The other cheapest we just seen.
This is the same 100 in Cyprus. Let's look at this again.
Just one. Fine. What? Time for the line?
Maybe this is cute. I got this price wrong. I love arches. I said that already, didn't I? Then they got another arch in the kitchen.
Then it has a little fireplace.
A study area looks like. Or maybe that's the bedroom. Yeah, maybe that's the master. Master bathroom. Master closet. This must be the little study area.
Guest bedroom. This is pretty decent sized backyard.
Neighborhood looks nice. And you won. Hello. And you won.
Well.
And you won right there.
Let's look at this one.
189. That's a smaller house.
If y' all get this house, y' all better call me.
Let me sell it to you at least. Hello?
All right, let me see what y' all talking about. Moving down next month with my 15 year. Oh, okay. Awesome.
That is awesome.
Well, let me know, honey. Let me know what you want to do. Email me at Support Solutions by TJ.com and we can talk. And do my best to help you find something.
Ain't that crazy? This girl said Chase bank is buying a lot of homes to rent to employees. Not rent. To own to rent. That's insane.
But anyway, guys, I love y' all to life. I don't know if I'm gonna delete this video because of the beginning or not. That big old long for dup to do, boy. Be just okay, Father. I just want my lives to go right. So y' all pray for me. I don't know what happened to the camera. It'd be just dumb stuff. I'm trying to stop me from going live with you.
But I'm going to go to bed. You all have a good one. I love you to life. You all take care. Let me know if you need me. Bye.
