Hey, sweetie pie. Well, listen, a lot of people have been asking me, tj has the game changed? Yeah, of course. Absolutely the game has changed. I want to tell you today how to make $300 a day minimum as a notary. Are you sure that you're ready for this? Because if you know, $300 a day, seven days a week. I think that's right. Makes you $10,000. If you want to make $10,000 a month in five days a week, you have to make $500 a day. Is that doable? Five days a week? Absolutely. Let's get this thing started. Listen, and like it used to be, you used to. I said this in another video. Just do one thing and make all the money in the world. You could be a notary public loan signing agent and make all the money. Now you gotta double up on those things. You have to choose a few specialties and. And guess what, you can have the credentials, the certificates to back it. You can have the notary public loan signing agent, the estate planning, the field inspection. Still not be making no money. Why? They said for me to go on and tell you that the answer is marketing, baby. People don't know that you exist. They cannot find you. And just putting up a Google page is good. It's step one. Naming it correctly is paramount. But you got to do more than that. You got to come out of your shell and actually put in the effort to market not just once, not just twice, but on a scheduled basis. You have to create content. Create content that people are going to look at that they are going to like and that they are going to share and, and call you. And you know what? In today it's about relationships. Dear heart, what do you mean? Go to networking events, Join the BNI groups. There is a networking event in Houston that I am joining as a realtor and as a notary. So you join that and it's. It's not just networking, it's a referral network. It's sort of like bni. And my friend Tony also has. It's national networking. I don't remember the name of it, but my friend Tony also has one of those organizations where they're referral networks. The money is in the networking. You gotta do it. If you are an introvert. Listen, I get it. I don't really like being on camera. I don't like seeing myself on camera. What motivates me to get on camera is you. I don't necessarily like going to know to networking events, but what motivates me to go into networking events is so that I can prove to you that this thing can be done. I do like the money that I get from these jobs, and I like the relationships, to be honest with you. I enjoy talking to the people. Once I get there, I'm cool. And I don't just stay to myself. You gotta go into the crowd, meet people, talk to people. So when they have. If there is an association of estate planning attorneys or estate planning specialist, guess who needs to be in the house? It's in your networking, right? It's in your marketing. And you don't market to other notaries. You market to your potential clients. That's who you market to. So when you use different tags in your social media and listen, listen, listen, listen. I'm gonna give you the cheat sheet. I'mma bring Ebony on here. She's going to piggytail this video and let you know about all of the marketing she does. Because I personally believe she's like the goat in this marketing thing. She has several businesses. She has the photo booth, She's a notary, she does Apostilles, you name it. She has a whole bunch of stuff going on. I love the way she markets. I love her consistency in putting out content and delivering postcards and letting people know she's there on a consistent basis. And guess what? She has a class coming up, so you are in luck. I'm gonna put the description down below. But listen, I want to hear. I want you to hear what my girl gotta say. All right, Here she goes. God bless.
