Hey, what's up, friend? This is TJ with Solutions by tj. And I just wanted to jump on here because, one, I am testing my system out.
I want to. If you are here, if you have time, help me test this system out. Let me know if this mess is blurry, because I don't see what you see on your end, and on my end, it looks fine. So let me see what you see on your end, and we can take it from there.
Hey, how you doing? I was just saying that I am testing the system out to see if it's blurry. So please, please, please, if you are on Facebook, come and see. Let me know if what you see on your screen is blurry, because I cannot tell. So I want to make sure that my live streams are really clear. The guys came out and upgraded my Internet. Okay. Hey, Ms. Kenyatta Hill. It's clear. So even when I pay it back, play it back, sometimes it looks pixelated. So when stuff like that happens, I need to know because, shoot, I might be losing subscribers with that foolishness, you know? How y' all doing tonight? How you doing tonight, Ms. Kenyatta?
And y', all, for the best experience, come on over to YouTube so that you can come and talk to me, and I'm gonna take you through some things. I'm just doing some stuff, and y' all may as well look along with me.
It may be interesting if you have any. Hey, Dennis. Thank you.
Okay. Okay. Well, perfect. I'm glad that it's coming across clear. I don't know what the problem is. Then I'll look at it when I finish. I need to get my little nails done, so if y' all have any questions, just feel free to put it in the. In the chat. A couple of things that have been going on. I'm good, man, Kenya. I can't complain. Just, you know, one day at a time. Sweet Jesus.
A couple of things is going on this week, so I've had quite a few. I'm running ads for notary work and Apostilles, and I've had quite a few people who speak Spanish contact me. So I went on thumbtack in my area and found this lady to interpret, be an interpreter. So when somebody calls me, I give them her number, and then she lets me know what they want, and.
Hopefully I get the job. If we have any interpreters, any Spanish speakers, I need you, and we can.
Exchange services. I'll offer training and coaching in exchange for an interpreter. So that's one thing I don't want to Lose no money. You heard me. I want all the dimes, pickle dimes, nickels, pennies and quarters. Every bit of it. So I have been getting some calls. My Google page is doing well. I need to create a post because this is how that thing works. So, number one, you have to name it, right? Number two, you need to post something on there at least once a week. Have I been consistent with it? No, I have not. But I need to do that this weekend. The same way that I'm consistent on here, I have to be consistent on YouTube as well. So, yeah, y', all. That's what's going on.
Let me know if at any time throughout this thing it gets blurry or if it looks like my. I was looking at it in a little bit and it looks like my. My movements are sort of in the matrix. I don't know what the heck that's about. Listen, I'm an engineer by education. I don't know what this film stuff and cameras and all of that. I'm doing the best I can, people, to deliver the information that I give y' all on a weekly basis. Shoot. Who can know everything? Okay. Who can know everything? So one thing that I'm doing tonight, I'm gonna share my screen with y'. All.
Share screen.
I'm just gonna share the whole window. As you can see, I keep a million browsers up. So this is.
What I'm doing. I have this system called Call Rail. And so the lady that I found who speaks Spanish, it is going to.
When I'll. Okay, so this is the new number that. That people will call that I'll give people when they speak Spanish, and it forwards it to her number.
And then when she answers, it'll say, call for latonya. Spanish speaking notary request. The name of this is Call Real. Call Real. And I actually wanted to see. What I wanted to do is see if I could record these calls. Advanced caller swap.
Call recording. And I ain't see the doggone. Enable call recording. I thought I did that already.
And play a greeting.
Okay. Save.
Okay. Okay. Yeah, so that's done. Because I do want to record the calls just so that I'll be able to go back through it and know what was said, what was done, and I'll be able to track when I get a call and what happens and actually listen to the call. So that's pretty cool. So that's my way of being able to, you know, keep up with everything that's going on. She's a notary as well, and so she'll understand what they want and what they need. That's my website. So tonight, let me see if y' all have any questions or anything. Nope, nope, nope. Okay, so what I want to do. One of the things that was on my to do list was to. I want to look at some foreclosed properties.
I can't never remember this. Lord God, dog.
I can't never remember this.
I know this is wrong. What I just typed in. I knew it.
Not now. Dang, I hate it when I do this. Hold on, y'. All. Let me figure out what my demon password is. It's so many doggone names and passwords, bro. That stuff gets.
Irritating sometimes. Is this something that y' all want to see? Y' all want to see how I go through foreclosed properties in Houston? Just. And it's just an FYI, like I said, I'm on here testing the system.
I'm a notary in LSA in the Houston area. Do you have a signing agency? I have a notary public loan signing agency. But right now, we are not hiring. We are only doing, you know, when I get to government contract and we may be hiring again, and I'm really working on that. But as of like right this moment, we aren't hiring because a lot of stuff has slowed down. We work mainly with tax clients instead of mortgage. We don't work with a lot of title companies.
What was I doing? Oh, let me go to last pass.
See if it's there.
Nope, it's not there.
Hold on, folks. Don't y' all hate all these deck on passwords? And I have a password keeper. Look, listen to me. Being old.
I don't know what to call it, but I got something to keep all my passwords and still can't find the dagum things. That's irritating as I'll get out.
Dang. Dennis got the nerve to say I ain't never saved it. Jesus Christ.
Okay, so am I still clear, y'? All. I know and it. Does it look like I'm in the matrix? That's what I need to know. Why he never saved it and why they never saved.
Okay, password recovery.
So I may not be able to do this if somebody gotta physically. Dang on do it.
Wow, that's crazy. Let me figure this out.
That is bananas.
That I can't find this thing as much as I go on there. Oh, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.
Okay, that's it.
No, that wasn't. The devil is a lie.
That ain't it either. God. Diggity dog.
Yup, that ain't it, y'. All.
I must have changed it again.
Okay, go back. Dang. Now I don't even want to go back. Lord Jesus.
I'm getting on this website tonight. Y' all bored, too. Y' all don't have nothing to do. Be on here with me tonight. Yay. Thank you, Janice.
Some people are interested in investing in real estate. Look, let's check this out.
Why not? Come on, Saint.
Also this week, so I had a lady come.
From a list. Well, there's a list in Houston where this lady has created a list for people who are going through patients from the local hospital district who are going through surgery and stuff like that. And.
She came here this week. My property is beautiful, but it's in an area that's being gentrified. And I was a little discouraged because she said she didn't feel comfortable with the area to put it on the list. But you know what? I. I immediately when she left, I sent my angels on the. On the dog on scene. Hey, do what y' all do. Knock this out the park. I don't feel like worrying about it. I don't. I don't want to worry about it. I just want it to happen. I. All good things are in my. In my. Come to me.
Okay, let me see if that'll work. Nope.
Go back.
That gummity gum.
I know this ain't it. That's not it.
Hey, I got in. Let me write this down.
Jesus.
Don'T make no dad gum sent. Okay, I'm trying to show these people. And here you go with the foolishness. So to get this list for one month, I'm going with Harris County. It's $45.
It's going to renew until I cancel the dog on thing, which is cool. Sorry we couldn't process your card. Update your card.
Down arrow.
Not now.
Submit.
What just happened? It didn't do anything.
Let's see if this works again.
Hey, 1514 people. How y' all doing? All right, so I have the list. So this is the Harris county foreclosure list. The name of this website is Foreclosed Houston. I got a couple of things that I'm gonna show y'. All. So I'm gonna go through this foreclose Houston list, and the auction date is February 1st. It's every first Tuesday of the month in Houston. This is broken up by sections of Houston. So you have northeast, northwest, southeast, southwest, and some areas are unknown. They also have about 15 commercial properties that are currently in foreclosure. Total residential properties in the northeast is 259.
Northeast, northwest, maybe. That's total.
Why are you not. Why is it not changing?
That says Northeast. Okay. It's changing down here, and then it changes back. So the total number of properties, period. Wow. It's not a lot of properties in foreclosure in Houston. I think that's a good thing for the homeowners. Right. People are being able to maintain their mortgages. So you can view the commercial records. This is always good because there are some. You can find out, you know, some of them are little small buildings. Like, here's a hotel. Adler, C. Investments. 2.8 million.
A warehouse. Some of these. You can see a hundred thousand dollars on here. Like it. It. Don't be just ridiculous. I'm gonna find some.
Shoes. It's a lot of hotels and motels, baby, that are going out. This is on Southwest Freeway. These are some apartments for 1.7 million. This is interesting. The 25th Street. So this is actually a small apartment complex in the Heights.
Very interesting. I want to see what that notice says. 1.7 million in the Heights. Shoot. That might be four units.
Borrowers address. Brit. Oh, my God. Would you just die? Stop it. Oops. Cancel. Okay, let me see.
So this gives the borrower's address. He lives in Spring.
It's in foreclosures. So one thing that you could do is reach out to him and negotiate and bring his. He has a.
FH family home loan. I don't know if that's FHA or not. Mortgage services address. Trustee.
Deed of trust. I'm actually looking to see if I can see.
What the address is.
Okay, hold on. Oh, well, no, that's not it. That's where it's gonna be sold.
Okay. Lot 20, 29 and 30. Lot 35 of the Houston Heights.
Trek one and then something in Shady Acres. So he has two different properties that are in foreclosure.
So you'd have to do a back search.
Let me see. Yeah, it ain't gonna do it. I was about this. The borrower's address, holder's address.
I'd have to do a back search and with the lot and block number to figure out exactly where this is. I'll do that later. I don't feel like doing that now. But that's interesting because apartment complexes, especially in the Heights, that's one of our really, really hot areas. They usually are a whole lot more than this.
Wow. This is some more apartments. 32, 3402 Dover. So normally.
When it's an apartment. Like this is apartments and this is apartments. So u. S. Bank. These are probably owned by the same people.
Because they. God dang. They named them after baby. They losing everything. They named them after the street address. So this is. This is over here by where my places are. Let's look and see where this is.
Those are nice.
They not bad.
She's on sophomore.
Oh, that's right by that school. Okay, so this is the high school.
Right past that church. Dang, that's crazy. Now leasing. So these are not leased up. This is bananas, y'. All. So they are. It's going to the auction for 2 million.
These on golf crest. Golf crest, that's in the hood. I don't know where this Dover is.
But I guarantee you all of these are from the same person. And maybe this one. Let me see what this says when you bring it up.
The 25th Street.
Trying to see is there anything with the name. The 25th Street. Okay, maybe not the 25th Street. That's interesting. So they didn't lost everything. All of them apartments that they bought, most likely.
They over leveraged. But you see they have 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 different apartments that they're losing.
5 different apartment complexes.
A retirement home.
Interesting.
Very interesting. Very, very, very interesting. I'm gonna come back to that.
But as far as the houses are concerned. So the way that I look at this, this is the property information with the street address, the square footage of the house and the year that it was built. It also gives you the loan amount and the estimated value of the house. Right. So with this loan amount, this looks like a refi. She just not even looking at the doggone house. I mean, that's a big old house. 2700 square feet. It looks like a refi. What I look at when I'm looking at this, I want to know how many times has it been listed for foreclosure.
But this is. Says the dang. Okay, so the estimated equity in the house is 239,000. Oh, it's a second lean, second lane.
Term.
It does not show you on here.
Time of sale. There's another way to look at this where it actually shows you.
It shows you.
How to. It shows you how many times like it's been. It's gone up on the. On the auction block. This is another big house.
Half a million dollar house loan amount, tax value, estimated equity 130/something thousand. Oh, the date entered. Okay, so. Okay, yeah. So this was just entered this month. When you look at this date, entered and it says January 10th. That means that this is the first time that this has been on the list. But if you look here, it says prior post this property in Dayton Springs. Big old house, 2010. This is the second time it didn't sell at the last auction. So they're trying again. Let's look at this house. Control C.
I'm just being nosy, y'. All.
That is all I'm doing.
So the owner had the house on possibly Zillow.
And it's on hard. Let's look at it.
Nice home.
Decent house. This is saying it sold last.
For 250,000 in 2017.
So 250,000. This is showing a loan amount. Estimated equity is 47,000 2700 square foot house.
I bet this thing is beautiful.
It's a DOW employee, more than likely. I wonder is DOW land off of some money going through foreclosure?
Jesus.
Here go these doggone homeowners associations.
This is homeowners association in Texas. Boo Boo will foreclose on your 1600 square foot house. Don't make no dadgum sense. I'd be mad at a junkyard dog. I have a real problem with that.
The homeowners association being able to foreclose.
And they don't have no pictures of it.
But. So this looks like the screen is gone, but if you come on over here, there's another little button that you can go through. So this was posted January 7th. That this one has at least one prior post. But what you look for when you're looking at this list. Right, What I look for at least I'm looking for the amount of equity that's in the house. How many times has it gone on the foreclosure block and didn't go through? This is a reverse mortgage. So this is to have a reverse mortgage. These people are elderly and this might be the kids who have this house and are just letting it go.
It's in Cyprus. Big old house.
Have a wheel. People your children don't get.
They don't.
Sometimes they're so overwhelmed when people pass they can't get it together enough. They just ready to go and throw everything away. They trying to live their own lives. And. And so this was purchased in 2021. No. Okay. So they were able to sell this. So it should be off of the foreclosure list.
Because it just sold on the last day. This is a very nice house. It is gorgeous.
Oh, look at that.
Pretty house.
Kitchen looks real bland.
Wow. The bathroom is real cookie cutter. It don't give you no flavor.
Yeah, not that impressed. I am not impressed. But there are some really pretty houses in Cyprus, and they're big. And this has a pool for 346. That's not bad. But this one probably shouldn't still be on the foreclosure list because it looks like it already sold.
So it was put on here in late December is January, so. Yeah, it's. So it was entered in here on January. I'm on December 8th. It sold December 29th or something like that. So it shouldn't even be on here.
This is another homeowners association. Oh, horrible. Whack.
Can't stand them people.
So another way that you can look at this record.
You can do a custom sort.
What I like to do is sort and select from the database.
And here.
I say.
All town.
All sections.
I don't say any zip code, any of that stuff.
Equity range. I only want to see an equity.
Where did it say estimated equity range? I only want to see stuff that has at least, let's say, a hundred thousand on my list.
I'll say 75. Starting at 75,000.
Okay.
Primary sort.
Primary sort. Least to highest.
Lease, loan amount. Secondary sort.
Wait, you know what?
I don't want least to highest. I want highest to.
I'll say about this one, okay?
And then I want to do this, and I'm going to create it in a spreadsheet layout. And I want the address.
I want to know who the owner is.
Wait a minute. You got some more stuff for address.
Okay, so I want the address. I want to know who the owner is. This is what. So when you put one, it's each. Each row is going to have a different column. Each column is going to have these titles.
I want to know the original loan amount.
Yeah, we can know the date. I don't care about the legal description. I don't care about key map. I don't care about that. I do want to know.
I do want to know the estimated loan balance.
Mortgagee. I'll come back to that.
Why not six? Number of bedrooms.
Eight.
Square footage, nine.
Ten.
You know what? Hold on, hold on, hold on.
I'm gonna do this as 10.
This is 7.
I'm gonna do this as 7. And this is 4. Because I want to see that pretty up close. And I want to know the loan type. That's 11.
Street name and number. I ain't gonna do that right now. I do want to know the zip code.
So I'm gonna have to change these around anyway. Oh, well, not necessarily, because I Could.
Original owner. So I could do this since it's the end. So. 12, 13.
14, 15, 16, 17.
Okay. And then you hit submit.
And it downloads the spreadsheet.
Then you got to move some. Just say yes, it does that.
Enable editing.
All right, that looks better to me. These are numbers. So I want to make them. These are dollar signs. Come on.
Y' all ain't gonna act, right? Huh? Okay, so we know they're dollar signs or whatever. Estimated equity.
I want to control X.
Special paste.
Dang. What's going on? I can't paste it anyway. I'll leave it as is. Whatever. So the equity is going from the lease that I said, which was 75, 000, all the way down to.
There'S a house that has $878,000 worth of equity. Crazy, right? This is.
Let's go look at it. It might not look like nothing.
But $800,000 worth of equity, baby. What do you look like?
Jesus. Three bedroom. It's in the Heights. It's not bad, but this is a million dollar home. Shoes, all that equity. Damn. How you lose this?
All you owe is. If that's the case, 2, 300,000 on.
That's interesting, y'. All.
Very, very interesting. So what I would look at. The next thing that I would look at on that one is.
I'd want to see.
Not the property value. That's part of the issue over here.
These sales are so. Okay, there we go.
So I would want to see.
Loan type, property value.
Estimated balance.
I want to see what loan type it was.
Home equity loan. So they had a paid off house, Something happened. This is a business owner paid off house. Something happened and they done lost their house.
I be. That gum you can go through. When you've been doing this for as long as I can, you can just look at some of this stuff and see exactly what happened. I mean.
That'S tragic. Let me come back over here and see what y' all doing. That's tragic. Hey, Miss Congeniality. So are y'. All. Is this cool for y', all or is it boring?
Put something in the. In the chat. It's cool. It's boring, but. So this is how I go through and look for foreclosed properties that are in Houston. It appears as though about 259 houses on our foreclosure list for.
For February 1st, which is the first Tuesday of the month.
And yeah, I'm just going through some stuff, y'. All. I ain't. I'm not.
I'm just looking at it.
This is crazy, though. Crazy, crazy, crazy.
So when I'm looking at houses, the lease that I want to make, and the market has changed so very much, but the lease that I want to make is at a minimum, 20,000. That's like, if I can't walk away with $20,000, it ain't even worth me doing it.
My specialty used to be the pretty house.
So.
I like to actually start down here.
In the hundred thousands because that's enough, you know, and it depends on what fees are involved and all of that stuff. I did the zip code, didn't I? Oh, you know what? I ain't put subdivision on here. I did zip code, but I didn't put subdivision. Let me go through here real quick and see if I see any that are close to me.
009.
Yeah. That has $119,000 worth of. Golly, look at these. The Hispanic population. All this doggone equity.
Why are y' all losing it? Lord.
This house is in.
Not much of a house, right? All that doggone equity. But it's the location of the house. So what they're going to do is tear this joker down.
And for the lot value.
Well, it looks like they've already.
Unless this is the house next door.
34,000, 503. Oh, it's this house.
I passed it.
This one that's in foreclosure.
What's this address?
Thank y' all for rocking with me today. Yeah, this is the 1. 4511 Edison. Don't look like nothing. Got a hundred and some thousand dollars worth of equity in that joint.
$119,000 worth of equity.
1100 square foot house.
You can make it beautiful again. To be honest with you.
A whole lot of stuff in the task of seed. I'm seeing some stuff in Channel View.
Going down. Oh, mcgregor, wade, what this do?
Troll c.
Foreclosure Friday. That's what we gonna call this. Foreclosure Friday. Oh, don't tell me this.
Oh, that's nice.
A lot of land.
More than likely black people.
That's next door. That's not. That's the house. Let's see. Built in 2021. I'm trying to see if they have any pictures of this joint other than just.
Half a million dollars. Sometimes Redfin has pictures.
Nope, not this time.
I wanted to see the inside. Nosy.
Oh, she nosy.
But that's a nice house. Oh, wait. Maybe Zillow has pictures. Not currently for sale.
Nope. No pics. Okay, so let's see what this is talking about. So this is McGregor Way, $384,000 worth of equity. Let me make sure I'm looking at the right doggone column.
Yeah, that's the equity. This is the original loan amount. This is the balance. Boy, that's heartbreaking.
This is. The estimated balance on this house is $116,000.
They didn't almost finish paying for this dadgum house conventional loan.
Darren R. And Dina. This breaks my freaking heart, but what the. If you were in the market for a foreclosure, if you're in the market for a house, what you could do is approach these people.
With an opportunity to pay all of the back payments and you take over the mortgage that way. It saves their credit.
It saves their credit and they can move on and you can give them some money versus them not getting anything. So you can actually get a loan out for this, you know.
For whatever this balance is so you can buy the house from them. Say you bought it for 200 and some thousand. They at least get a hundred thousand dollars out of it versus not getting nothing. Right. They bought the house for 215 in a beautiful neighborhood on a beautiful big old lot. I mean, it's a nice house.
Very nice house.
A whole lot of equity.
Even if you split the doggone equity with them, they got 384.
I didn't mean to do that.
Equals 384 divided by 2.
Everybody still eat good. You heard me?
Everybody still eat good. You don't have to be greedy in these streets. You don't have to rape, rob, and pillage people. You don't have to. And I hate that we live in a society that tries to do that. I, I, I just, you know.
I ain't gonna get on no soapbox this this evening.
Okay, let me go back and see what y' all are saying.
Okay. Jumped on late. What documents are you viewing on here? Hey.
Carneen, is that how you pronounce your name? Danzy. Ms. Dansey. So I'm looking at the foreclosure list, the Houston foreclosure list. This is just something that I wanted to do this evening. I said I was going to look at the forecast foreclosure list. I might go buy a few properties tomorrow, find some people, give them some books or something like that, see who I can help.
Yeah, I'm checking the list and checking it twice. Hello, but.
See who I can help. I actually wrote a book to help people save their homes from foreclosure. And.
I go around sometimes and give that book and if they have no other options, then I'll buy the house. But my first, when I approach people who are in foreclosure number one, people are already hurting. So why you gonna go over there and your. Your only goal and aim is to take their house. See if you can help these people keep their houses. Because there's enough people out here who they have run their course, and they cannot keep the house. They're looking for somebody to buy it and. And buy it quickly. And so, yeah, that's. That's. That's doable.
Very, very, very doable.
So, Kayla, is the screen still clear? Because I got on here to test this dog on screen out to make sure that it wasn't blurry. That was my main goal for going live tonight. We might make this foreclosure Friday, y'. All.
Yes, indeed.
Because shoes. I mean, you looking at this house over here.
That'S on McGregor Way. That's a heck of a house. This goes up to 300,000 Jersey Drive. $300,000 worth of equity they owe. I know you lying. They loan balance is less than $10,000. Please say this ain't so. Estimated loan balance, less than $10,000 is what they owe.
What in the heck? Ms. Wanda L. Johns Jackson, it be. I mean, my heart, you hear? Okay, so listen. What do you hear in my voice when I'm going through this dude? Do you hear, oh, a lot of money. Oh, oh, this is sad. You know what I'm saying? Oh, Lord, what happened? Yeah, I mean, the whole while I'm going through here, I'm thinking of what was the situation that got them here and how can I help? You know.
Let me look at this house.
Now, do I want to make money? Absolutely.
But I ain't. I. I don't want to hurt. I don't want nobody to hurt. If I can help, my first goal is to help.
I hate it when there are no pictures.
It's one of these two houses.
One of these two houses.
Not that one. So is this one.
Just this one.
That Com. So what I would do, I. I find their number, and I call them tomorrow. The way that I find the numbers, I go through whitepages.com.
Look people up. I ain't doing that. No, thanks. I go through whitepages.com and look them up. Reverse address search.
That's how I would do it. And call them in the morning and see how I can help.
If I can help.
And pray that they see my heart. Hunter, Kelsey. They are losing their house because it went into Foreclosure for taxes. Hunter Kelsey paid their taxes for them. And they were supposed to pay Hunter Kelsey back, and they didn't. So now the house is back in foreclosure. No estimated loan amount. But Hunter Kelsey probably. We worked with Hunter Kelsey original loan amount. So Hunter Kelsey gave them a hundred and seventeen thousand.
So this means that these people right here, they in trouble. Trouble, Right. They lost it already. And then they got a loan from Hunter Kelsey. Now they're losing it again. They can't keep this house. You know they can't keep it. That's it. So how much equity did they say they have? Almost $300,000 worth of equity. Boy, that be tragic.
That means that you fighting with everything that you got. And you have sincerely fallen on hard times.
Oh, Blue, you didn't scare me. Oh. They live in a cul de sac. 9302.
Hush, girl, calm down.
That ain't it.
These houses don't look like they'd have that much equity in them. Can you shut up, girl?
Why did these come up? And this looks like a whole different street. So hold on.
Okay? Street view. Okay? Not street view. Okay, go back.
Blue, hirsch and lockwood. Child.
This don't look like the right street. Shut up. Come over here and sit down. Come and sit.

Why do you always go for my lips? Jesus. I don't want no dog to kiss me in the mouth. That's nasty, blood. We're not that close. We close. We ain't. We're not. Mouth dog close.
Yeah. They owe all that equity out. Yeah. Who is.
Excuse me real quick, y'. All. Let me make her hush. You want to go get your cabinet? Because you don't have to be quiet.
So you don't have to sit. Come on. Come on over here with your mommy. Sit. We good.
Have a seat. Okay, so Hunter Kelsey is they. They were refinance. So if you're behind on your taxes, they'll pay the taxes for you, and then you pay them the Bill, that's who Henry Kelsey is one of the biggest in. In Texas to do that.
I got some questions up here. Hold on one second.
A whole lifetime on the line for $10,000, girl.
Yeah, Carmen, this is on foreclose Houston.com. these are. Are.
They create a list of foreclosures.
Hey, can you take the equity? Hey, can you take the equity and pay? So, Tony, Tony, what do you mean? Can the people who own the house take some of their equity out and pay? Here's the deal with what happens most of the time.
You can't do that if your credit has gotten bad because you've gotten in a bind and you waited too long. So now your credit is too bad for you to even take out a home equity loan.
So, no, they can't use the home equity and pay it.
Their best bet is to get family and friends to pay it. But even still, man, they can't take that equity out. They have no way to access their equity at this point. Come, come.
Come and sit down.
Be quiet. Sit. We're good. We're okay.
We're okay. From Indiana. I do the same with delinquent taxes. Yeah, I've done taxes too.
Giovanni said, hey, Blue. Hey. Whoa. We okay.
She not gonna be all right, child. She is not. Yes, come sit down. Saying.
There'S people outside in one of my units and they must be checking in.
So Blue is not happy.
And I told Ms. Hall, she said, Pick her up at 7:15. I mean, 8:15. I told her to contact me at 7:30. In this effort.
Y', all, these children. All right, so, hey, am I still clear on yalls end? Like, do y' all see a fuzzy picture? But up y' all see a fuzzy picture or a clear picture.
Credit is usually shot. Absolutely.
Okay, y', all let me get off of here and go pick up Ms. Hall. It's. It's halftime. The game is over, and I'm gonna go pick her. Oh, you know what? She tricked me. That helper tricked me tonight because she hadn't cleaned up her room. Oh, she tricked me. You know, she might be in for a whooping because she hadn't cleaned up her room. And I told her she couldn't go anywhere this weekend. She gonna tell me. Which is true. There was a.
