If you don't have a Google business page, you're just not doing it right. It is free marketing for your business, baby. Why, why wouldn't you just get free marketing? We got to get out of the mindset of people giving us business, even signing services. We gotta start getting at least some of our own business. Okay? The best way to do that is for free on Google Business. So if you have a Google business page.
But it's time to upgrade it, okay, it's time to update it. It's time to upgrade it because there's a new way, honey, of naming your Google business page. I've already changed mine. I changed mine. And I'm telling my whole crew on the success Circle mastermind to do the exact same thing. And, and listen, we've been getting more calls. We've been getting, you know, seen. The visibility is off the chain. So I wanted to come on here and show you exactly what we are doing. So let us get going.
All right, the first thing that you have to do is go to the top of your page and type in Google.
Ads. All right? Scroll down.
Until you see Google Ads, then click it. Now, in order to do this, you have to have a Gmail account. That's the only way that you can sign in. So you sign in.
And I have several accounts. I've already signed into one of my demo accounts. Once you sign in, you go over here to Tools and Settings.
Then scroll down to keyword Planner.
And I'm going to show you this. And it's been working for everywhere. You click on Discover new keyword, type in the word notary or whatever the service of your business is. It doesn't type in bail bonds, type in.
Drywall, whatever it is, the taxes. Type that in, whatever that keyword is. And then click on get results.
And what this is doing, it's showing you, look, this is in the entire United States for the word notary. But guess what? We want local. So we don't want to know what the entire United States is doing. So we're going to press this United States.
Click off of that and type in your location if you're in Houston. As you can see, Houston DMA, which is Houston and surrounding areas, has 11.4 million. But if you just type in Houston, it's 9.8. So let's get the most out of the most, babe, because that type, that gets the entire area. So Houston and surrounding areas, that's all of the people you want to see. And if you want to target something even closer, Let me see if this one will do zip codes. Okay, it won't, but let me see if it'll do smaller areas. All right, so we have smaller areas like Humble, Texas, Kingwood, Texas, the Woodlands, Texas. If you live in a smaller area, then absolutely, you can type that in as well and get keywords from there. So I'm going to type in Pearland.
All right, that's some more people that I want to reach. And I'm going to type in Bel Air.
All right, Bel Air, Texas. So those are two places that I really want to hit. Okay. All right, so then I'm going to click save. All right, so there's Bel Air, Texas. And then the other one is there as well, Pearland. So as I scroll down.
And I have Houston. So as I scroll down, I'm seeing Notary and Notary near me. Now look at this. Check this out. Notary has gets 1000 to 10,000 average monthly searches, but notary near me gets 10,000 to a hundred thousand.

That's incredible.
Do you see that? It's not just for Houston. We've been testing this out all over the United States with my clients. Notary near me. Because listen, when you go to Google, what do you type in? You type in normally, Notary near me.
Or you type in whatever the service is. You type in near me. Whenever you type in a service. If you're looking for a restaurant, restaurant near me. Gas station near me, Tax advisor near me. Especially when you Somewhere where you don't know what. Where the stuff is. So it just makes sense, y'. All. Notary near me. And I've gone as far as to change my entire domain name. Let me show you that while we're at it.
So if you go over here, I have typed in Notary near me is the first part. Houston.com. that's now my domain name. Notary near me. Houston.
What if you go to Facebook? I've gone to Facebook.
And Instagram. You look for it. Notary near me. Houston.
Maybe you gonna find me.
Let me see. It's a page.
And it's somewhere on here. I know it is because I created it.

Notary near me. So as you can see, I've gone through and just done Notary near me everywhere. I mean, it's on my account. Let me see my other profiles. Now, the thing that you have to do to see if that URL is available, I like Namecheap.

All right, but if you just want to find out if. If your domain is available.
They have a promo code right now. So all you got to type in is Notary near Me Macon. I'm doing that for Macon, Georgia.
It's available. You go here and type in notary near Me Nashville.
It's available. If it is not available, don't worry about it. Don't worry about it. Put you a good old hyphen in there. Notary near Me hyphen, Nashville is available. It's $10 per year. You can get a email. So your name. It can have your name. And then Notary Near Me Nashville. At the end, it's gonna be at a max. $20 for this little hat.

Why wouldn't you do it? Why Sway? It is very, very, very important, and it works everywhere. I mean, let's go back to.

Macon, Georgia is small. Right? But let's save it, and let's see what keywords people are using. It's small. People may be using different keywords, but Notary Near Me in Macon, Georgia is still the highest.
Okay, let's go back. Do the same thing for Tennessee, Nashville.
We've looked at a whole bunch of places, y'. All. I'm telling you, for Nashville, it's the same thing. So Nashville is typing in either notary or notary near me. Okay. They're typing in notary or notary near me. But to get to the top of the page, if you're running ads, it's cheaper to do notary near me.
It's a little bit cheaper.
All right, let's do it for Atlanta.
All right, so again, you have Atlanta and surrounding areas. Or just Atlanta. We going to at surrounding areas.
With the word notary. Again, notary near me, it's a fool like Houston, 10,000 to 100,000 searches. You get what I'm saying?
