This is Latonya and let me be transparent for a moment. The documents that I provide give you everything that you need in order to start the process of saving your home. You can start calling your lender and you have a good outline of exactly what you need to do. However, what you really need is a total package so that you not only understand these documents, but you understand why you're doing it and additional information, instructions on how to do it. The workbook that I've created is actually a guidance system, sort of like gps. If you look at the COVID of the book, we're going down the road of foreclosure on this journey. And I'm giving you step by step guidance on which turns to make what moves, to make when to exit. That's what this is all about, step by step guidance. Let's take a look at the table of content.
We start out by figuring out exactly where you are in the process. It's just like you're going somewhere from your house. The first thing that you put in is your current location and then your destination. You have to know where you are now in order to get where you're going. And so that's how we start off this process. After that we go straight into options that can save your home and talk about sources of funding that you just may not have thought about. There are so many personal loans that are available to people right now online with, you know, low credit scores, even reclaiming deposits. PayPal offers a line of credit. There are certain things that you can google your retirement fund, savings, all kinds of ways to just get additional money. Then we go into the lender related options and I talk about and give definitions regarding the options that the lenders provide as far as forbearances, temporary indulgence, Soldiers and sailors, Relief Act. And I go into detail on how these work and let you know what my recommendations are for speaking to your lender and picking one of those options. If you don't have the money and it comes down to you have to sell your house, I teach you how to sell your house for maximum profit, how to locate the buyers, locate the realtors, what questions to ask, how to develop a bottom line selling position, how to sell or finance your house. If bankruptcy is an option to stop foreclosure, we talk about that and go into great detail. We also discussed the foreclosure auction. If your house gets all the way to the auction and you come up with the funds at the last minute to buy it, we talk about that and then we talk about challenging the documents. What can the lender do that will stop the process? And how can you battle this in court if necessary? We also talk about foreclosure assistance. What are Internet sources? What are the local resources that provide monetary assistance? This is a living, breathing document. It's not just a bunch of pages that you're going to read. It's full of diagrams that tell you exactly what steps to take. And then once you read about the steps, you go on down. Continue reading and fill in the charts that are available. This is how you and I are going to communicate. This is how you're either going to make sure that you don't go into foreclosure or save your home from foreclosure. Now, mind you, I am not an attorney, but I have been through foreclosure myself and that's why I've created all of this information for you. I have done an extensive amount of research. Learn as much as you can and use it to go to other professionals like your attorney, cpa, contact them and have discussions with them about it. In the meantime, you and I are going to do this together through this book, with those documents as well as the emails that I forward to you on a daily basis with walking you through the process. Think of it this way. You have homeowners insurance. Well, this book is homeowners assurance. Assurance that you know exactly what to do if by chance you go through one of life's circumstances and don't have the money to make your mortgage payment. Go on and click the button. Buy the product. I promise you'll be glad that you did. God bless.
