Hey, family, let's continue our segment on pricing. As I've said before, pricing is extremely important in every business. You cannot get away with business without knowing how to price. So make sure that you like this video. Share it, send it everywhere. I know I'm giving y' all some good information because, listen, ain't nobody give me nothing.
Just get that clear. All right, so in this video, we're going to be talking about pricing your Apostille services. I get this question all the time, and it always ends up the same. People. Number one, do your research. May take a little time. Every area is different. Okay, do your research. Number two, how do you do your research? Google it. Google it and start making phone calls. Make a list. Let me show you guys my list that I make.

And so I use the business name, the business location. This was for general notary work. Let me go to the other list. For the Apostille documents.
Houston Apostille pricing. Research, the business name, location. How much is normal delivery? How long does normal delivery take? How much is expedited delivery? How long does expedited delivery take? What are any comments and how much do they charge per additional page? Y' all see that, right? See that? Okay, so this is my research. I've researched at a minimum, nine, ten companies, and some of them didn't answer the phone. That's why it's so, so low. I called way more than this, but other people just don't answer the phone. So let me tell you something. You can win by answering your dang on phone. Because there are so many businesses that I call at 8am, 9am, 10am still not answering the dang on phone. Answer your phone, have a dedicated number, dedicated ring, dedicated, whatever the heck you gotta dedicate so you can answer the dang on phone. Because money is calling. Ha ha. Million dollar idea. Okay, so when I consider pricing, Google is my first friend. Then you know, one of our members. Good. Ms. Terrica blessed me by texting this to me. I from. Let's see, there was a website that she came across because I googled it and had to find it. All right, this is the website.
And when you go through these websites, so when you go to Google and you type in.
Apostille pricing and fees, or just type in national apostille schedule of state and US Fees, right? See if you can get some fee list.
Just see, just, you know, hey, in Google, there is no way to break it. You just go through and do the best that you can, honey. But see if you can find it. North Carolina state schedule for consular services.
Da da da da da da da. Okay, I might find it, I might not. No big deal. Because if I don't find it, I'm going to go back and I'm going to start calling those people that I found on Google that are near me that offer the services that I want to offer. But so Terrica found this document. Really good document. It's from one of the national companies and it's a schedule of state and US Federal fees. Now this is a little older, but these prices are pretty much what the market still bears for apostille services. Okay, so number of documents 1, then 2 through 4, then 6 plus. And the estimated days of delivery. Estimated days of delivery have changed a bit since we are in the environment that we're in. But a lot of these are the same too.
And I can tell you Texas is probably longer. A lot of these are longer than they were five to seven days. Unless you're taking it down there yourself or have a courier and you're expediting it. Five to seven days is kind of close, but. So the fees in every state. 195 is pretty much the fee for one page. Y' all thought I was freaking lying. Two pages, right? So the first page is 195. Two to four pages, $95. Six plus pages, $75 per page. This is per page, people additional. So it would be 195 for the first page. If you have more pages, then you can either charge $75 per additional page or $95 if they are up to five, four or five pages. Right? So let's calculate that, people. Let's say you super friendly and you don't want to charge them 195 because you don't understand your value and your worth and you're trying to mess up the doggone market. Why Sway? Why? No, don't do it. But let's just say you charge $95 times four pages. 95 times four. That's $380 because they have four pages, right? So let's say you charge 195 plus.
95. That's 290 for two pages plus another 95 for three pages. You're at 385. So you get more money actually if you charge the 195 for the first document. 195. And then of course you charge an additional fee for the additional documents. These are the fees, people. Don't mess this up. When you start going to 125s and 110s. You mess up the market for not only you, but for Everybody. Okay.
The 125s, I mean this is 125 for an additional document, right?
Then they have also a schedule for the embassies, embassy or consulate. The drop off and pickup fees. These are the fees people.
