Hey, beautiful. This is TJ with solutions by tj. This is how I get a whole bunch of clients and guess what? I'm getting them free. I'm trying to figure out who I can build relationships with, long term relationships where I can make 300 to 500 a day, every day. If you make 300 every single day, that's $10,000 a month. If you make 505 days a week, that should be $10,000 a month too. So you build a relationship with these people and one law firm, two law firms, that'll give you the money that you need for your lifestyle. This is just one more way. All right, let's get into it. Today. I want to introduce you to one of the other AI tools. And I know you guys are familiar with LinkedIn, but LinkedIn has a whole, you know, whole AI segment. Let me go over here and show you how linked.
And uses.
AI. We're specifically talking about LinkedIn Navigator.
Okay, so how AI.
Tracking the code, the sales code, how AI sales navigator are revolutionizing the game. LinkedIn sales navigator is a powerful sales prospecting tool that helps sales professionals find and connect with potential customers. The platform uses a combination of artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to analyze data and provide personalized recommendations, making it easier for sales professionals to engage. Okay, so short answer of what that is, they go all over the world wide web, ask you what you're looking for, and then use their machine learning to find those people that best fit your criteria. So the first thing that you're going to go over to do, you can get on your profile, log into LinkedIn and click on Try Premium Free.
I always say that I'm going to use this for my job, but I want to see all plans, so I'll just go through next. How would you like Premium to help? I want it to help me find more leads. Okay, so what it asked me, did I want to learn about Sales Navigator for individuals or Sales Navigator for teams? I'm an individual. All right? And it says try it free. So it gives you a whole freaking month to try this tool out. A month, 30 days. Normally it costs 80 bucks. So just quick, try it for free. And I'm not doing the annual. Normally it's 80 bucks. I'm just gonna do the monthly because I'm gonna cancel this. And if guess what? If I don't have a chance to cancel it on time, I'm gonna use something else. I'm gonna go back with another email address and another LinkedIn account and try again. Okay, so I Had to put my other card details in. I gotta make sure I cancel it, honey, because I ain't paying $80. But let's go. Okay. Welcome to Premium get started. Premium tips are on. And click continue. Drive more leads, bigger deals, and access our outstanding sales platform. Yada, yada, yada. Keep going. Welcome to the Sales Navigator. Latonya. Let's get started. All right, save your leads and accounts to receive key insights. Your leads will not be. Not. You can edit your saved leads and accounts at any time. Okay. Search for a specific lead or. Or account. And I want to search for estate planning attorneys.
Okay? So once you get within the sales navigator and it gives you all of the estate planning attorneys. But here's one of the leads. Okay. Estate planning, elder law, probate guardianship, the law offices of Elder Grove. Let's click on that. She's in. She's in the Dallas Fort Worth area. That's not an issue because I can do Ron's for her, right. I can do remote online notarizations for her estate planning at Mercer Advisors, Greater Houston. This will be a great lead where I can go there and do it at his office or at his client's office. So he'd be a good lead. This is in the Washington district now, being Iran, I can do this anywhere. So I could just call everybody. But we are going to look for people in Houston.
So I'm seeing Denver, Colorado. I'm seeing quite a few people. But once I click Jonathan, I'm sure that he's connected to other people, other attorneys who are in greater Houston area. So you just scroll down and look through and this is how you start finding people. This lady is in Austin. That's not bad. I can do. Ron's in Austin, and I go to Austin quite a bit for other things such as hostile jobs. So you keep on going down.
Board certified.
Or Allen, he's in Dallas. Hey, Dallas. You see this? Y' all catching this? I just found y' all two leads right there.
And you go on down and you actually keep looking. Now, I know that there is a way to filter this, and I'm gonna filter this on the side by add locations. I'm gonna say Houston, Texas. That's the location that I want to filter. Okay, so I'm going to include Houston and I'm going to say Houston again. I want to include greater Houston.
And see, here are all of these people that are coming up. You can even filter it by what your connection is. So this is a second connection. These are third. This is a Second connection, meaning that I'm not directly connected to this person, but somebody that I know is connected to him. You can also filter it by years of experience, company headshot, current job title, all of these other things that are on, on this left side. So these are people that I personally would reach out to and contact. Now once you do that, let me show you another tool. This is called Crystal. This mug is powerful. You hear me? Let me tell you why it's so powerful. So this is how this works. You add the Chrome extension and what Crystal does, it searches through the individual's LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, all of their profiles to find out who is this person, what do they like, what do they not like, how are they? Give me an example of who this person is. Okay. And it does such a good job that it tells you how to communicate with them. So if you are creating content, you'll know exactly how to speak to this person. If you're creating emails, if you have a one on one meeting with this person, you know how to craft that conversation and what that person is kind of looking for. I'm going to show you exactly what I mean by this.
So I'm going to go to my profile real quick.
And I'm gonna go up here and this is Crystal. Okay, Crystal knows.
Now each month you get 10 profile views for free. After that, 10 you gotta pay for, but make it a strong 10 and keep it moving. So this is how to this is me and this is talking about me. And it was so on point and kind of scared me. It said communicate with a fast paced, goal oriented and direct approach. Do highlight competitive advantages of your product. Use an energetic assertive tone. Don't sugarcoat or use vague, overly optimistic language to fool with me. Hello. Don't be overly friendly. Be assertive and push back if necessary because I, I don't mind that my personality type they say dominant. I don't know if that's a good, a good thing or a bad thing, but let's keep moving. Expected behavior. Feeling anxious about someone else making decisions on their behalf. Speaking up to get everyone back on track in topic In a meeting. Getting antsy if a conversation lasts too long. Yep, that's me. If you're gonna email me, write three sentences or less. Avoid being overly detailed. Be concise and to the point. Keep it as short as possible. In a meeting, quickly address the purpose of the meeting. Stay on topic. That's me.
Stressors slow pace of work keeping their opinion to themselves. I don't like that and following inflexible.
Speaking. Get right to the bottom line. Don't be afraid to disagree. Assert yourself with confidence. Working together. Get used to a fast pace when you're working with me. Give me a chance to take charge and expect for me to adapt quickly to change. All right, so we're going to go back over here to the Sales Navigator and I want to show you how this can work. Let's try Mr. Jonathan Seidman. I want to open his profile.
And I'm going to click View Personality. Now what keeps coming up? This sh is signalhigher so signal hire will give me Jonathan's number and that's another tool that I use. So you click on View personality and then it gives you all of the same information that it gave gave me how to communicate. Place a high value on being time efficient rather than filling it up with small talk. Be upfront and blunt about petition potential issues.
Don't take their schedule lightly. Expect the calls because length and end on schedule. Don't bounce around between too many conversations. Stay focused. They are.
Dc. I don't know what that means but okay. Expected behavior, having high expectations of quality. Maximizing efficiency in everyday life. Negotiating for a better price. See that type of stuff you need to know when emailing them. Avoid unnecessary small talk. State your purpose for the email in the first sentence. Express yourself, confidence and certainty. Jonathan is a naturally goal oriented person and prefers to get right to the point in a meeting. Communicate in a direct assertive way. Focus on actions, items, Skip over pleasantries and get right into business. That's me too and I bet you that's him. So these are two tools we've gone through. Sales Navigator, that's free and then Crystal that'll show you how to tailor your conversations and emails to these people. So you go to Sales Navigator, find the person, go to pull up Crystal knows within the person's profile to get to know them. Then go back over to chat GPT and draft your emails.
