Hey, dear friend, this is TJ with Solutions by tj. Thank you for checking me out. Listen, I've seen so many people who are struggling. However, they are interested in becoming notary public loan signing agents. And really, you know, now is a super good time. We are booked and busy. Is the market saturated? Absolutely not. I'm starting to believe that there's no such thing as being saturated. Right. Are there more notaries than there used to be, more notary public loan signing agents than there used to be? Yes, there are. So you do have to work harder to get it going and get jobs. But once you're on, you are on. So today I'm going to show you how to become a notary public loan signing agent for the summer, spring, summer of 2022. Super simple. But things have sort of changed. Prices have gone up with the National Notary Association. They used to be the number one organization that I would recommend and they still are as far as the certification is concerned. However, if you are not currently a notary, then I have another recommendation for you. So I teach everyday ordinary people how to make 10 to $20,000 as a notary public loan signing agent. Now is that possible? Tj, tell the goddamn truth. I'm so sick of y' all lying to me. Talking about 10, $20,000. I ain't seen that kind of money yet. You got to be patient and you have to stack what you do. In the old days when you started out, you could just be a notary public loan signing agent and make that type of money. Now until you build your business to that point, until you build the relationships that are going to create you that substantial income, you need to stack your resources, meaning stack what you do. So you become a notary public loan signing agent. You also process the postile documents. You can become a field agent or be a process server, all of that in one day as a notary public loan signing agent. And you get to that type of money. And let me tell you something too. You know, I wasn't going to talk about this in this video, but Mariama made $600 in one week by just doing Uber eats. They are given Some type of $200, $200.
Promo to start and then you just pick up food and deliver it to people. She made a lot of money doing that because she just wanted to see exactly what people were saying about it. It's nothing that she wants to do long term, but she wanted to see, okay, what is this all about? And can you really make money? So of course you Know we do stuff like that. We just gonna try it. She did it. $600 in one week.
On a weekly basis. You could probably do $400 a week just in between your signings. That's not bad. That's what? 400 times four.
$400 a week times four. That's an extra $1600 in your pocket, right? It is so worth it. So let's get into what I wanted to show you.
About becoming a notary public loan signing agent. But I wanted to get that out first, let you know that this is a viable opportunity and that you can, you can. I said you can do this too. Okay. First thing I want you to do, I want to show you why I'm not recommending if you are not a notary public loan signing agent to become a notary by going through the National Notary association. Unless they drop this prices. So become a notary, go to the national notary nationalnotary.org make sure here in this area you are on the right state because you have to do it for your state.
And you can see at the top it says become a notary, renew a notary public loan signing agent. So and again right here, become a notary, renew as a notary, become a notary public loan signing agent. So first off we're going to go to become a notary. And so I could show you all this $200 package that they have.
All right. I wanted to go here and show you prices first.
Okay. And so just to become a basic notary. This is not a notary public loan signing agent. If you got everything that they have to offer just to become a notary here it's $300. That's a lot of money. But you don't have to pay that just to become a notary. What I would do if I were you, I would google become a notary in and then write in your particular state. So become a notary in Texas. And I've checked this site out and I really like it. The American association of Notaries.
To become a notary there. It's only $80.
Today. Register. This is the course. But I don't want the course. So let's go home.
I want to go to become a notary on the left side.
I'm going to select my state.
Go down to the T's.
All right, now look, they've gone up too because this used to be $80. Now it's 95. 95 for a four year term. But isn't it better than $300? Okay, so remember that American association of Notaries. American association of Notaries, they have different states. All you got to do is go here, say you're in Nebraska.
Serving notaries nationwide, then scroll down, see what the Nebraska price is.
I don't know why I didn't go to Nebraska, but we'll try it again.
Okay, this is it. They give you all of your supplies, the notary stamp.
And.
Become a notary. How to become a notary in Nebraska.
$30 renewal fee.
But you guys get my point. I'm not going to go through this whole thing, but you guys get my point. This site is cheaper than the other one. And you can just Google it. I mean, I have not heard of other sites being fraudulent in giving people their notary commissions. So that's what I would do. I would Google it. This is just one that I've seen. The next thing that I would do is go back to the National Notary Association.
Here's the National Notary Association. Go back a couple of slides. Let me go here to the first page. And you remember where we were before. Now I want you to click on Become a notary Public loan signing agent.
And you can go down and press get started.
And it's going to send you through a loop. I don't know why it does that. This is weird sometimes, you know, I tell you what, I'm just showing you this, but the absolute best thing for you to do, okay, so I'm going with my sentence. The best thing for you to do if you want to sign up through the National Notary association, is to call them. The number is 1-800-876-6827. The website is too difficult to deal with. Call them. But this says you must be a notary in order to become a notary public loan signing agent. That pops up. I'm gonna give you a little trick here. If you are not a notary, but you want to just have everything come all at the same time, go on and order your notary commission and then call the National Notary association and see if they will allow you to order your signing agent information. They norm, they'll ask you, are you a notary? And you know your stuff is on the way. It's on the way. So see if they will go on and allow you to start taking all of this stuff so that when you get your stamp, you're ready to roll. You don't have to wait another. And it normally doesn't take long to get your stamp. So if you want to Wait, that's cool too.
All right, their complete notary signing agent package is $259. That's cheaper than it is just to become a notary. Hello. All right, so what this gives you is the background screening. They have a certification program and is this mandatory? It is not mandatory to become certified through the National Notary association but a lot of the top tier companies including snapdocs, platforms like snapdocs, they will not use you if you are not certified through the National Notary Association. So.
They do you because you have to have a background screening. They give you the notary training course along with the study guide and the essentials training and just there's also this book where if you've never seen loan documents, you can go through the notary agent's loan document source book and it'll show you those documents. And of course I have a training on that also. I'll put that in the, in the description below. But this is a very good option, Very, very good option. One additional thing that they used to have here that was included in this price is errors and omissions insurance. It's no longer included. But what I would do if I were you, I would go to by Burke. That's B I B E R K.
And I'm big on calling people because I hate, I hate, I say, I hate freaking, talking, trying to figure stuff out. So you want profession, you want professional liability E and O insurance. Talk to them about professional liability errors and omissions insurance for notaries and notary public loan signing agents. There's one type of liability insurance for notaries, there's another for notary public loan signing agents. You probably need. Let them tell you what you need. I'm not a professional, I personally have both. But let them tell you exactly what you need at by birth in order to become a notary public loan signing agent. Man, it costs you anywhere from shooting, I'd say all in about 700 to $1,000. That's the initial investment to get started in this business. That includes your printer, your supplies, all of your training and that even includes when you get to the thousand dollar level. That includes an additional training to show you how to go through the documents. Because that's super important friend, don't think that you can jump into this business and figure it out. This is a business, we have our own language. So you have to be professional and get the training that you need. If you have any questions for me, any questions at all, please put them in the comments below. I look at those. And I answer you as quickly as I possibly can. As I stated, I have a training that will walk you through the entire process of how to get to that 10 to $20,000 level. It's an hour long video, so I go into greater detail than I can go into on here. And along with that, I show you exactly step, step by step, how to go through the documents as a notary public loan signing agent. I'm rooting for you, man. It's money in these streets and you need to get it. You heard me, you need to get it too. So I started out doing this part time. My goal was to make an extra $800 a month. That's two sign ins a week. It's not real aggressive, but that $800 allowed me to put my daughter in gymnastics. So don't know what your goal is. Some people it's $10,000 a month. What mine? I just needed to make some extra money. If that's your goal, whatever your goal is, you can meet that goal and exceed that goal in this business. I want you to know that. So my name is TJ with solutions by tj. Please. If I've given you something that you could use, like this video, subscribe to my channel and baby, I got you. I'm gonna give you a load of information. Take care. God bless.
