Loan Signing Agent | How to collect payment from a signing company| Notary Signing Agent

TJ explains how to chase down overdue payment from a signing company. Call first and leave a voicemail, wait a week, then contact the title company or the signing company's owner to push for payment.
Hey, this is TJ with Solutions by TJ with another trivia question and this is a good one, folks. I want to know, what do you do when your good check has not come? That's right, you completed the signing but you haven't received your money and it's been over 30 days. What do you do?
I hauled.
Why is it taking you so long to figure this out? What email? Why you gonna email somebody about your money? What if they don't get the email? They probably receive a thousand emails a day. You gonna email them again? What? Baby, that don't make sense. It's about your money and it's been over 30 days. What do I think? Oh, I'm glad you asked. So what I would do, tj, that's me. I call them, find their number, give them a call, leave a voicemail if you can. I promise you you'll get a pretty quick response. Now if all else fails, you called, you haven't gotten a response. Been a whole week. They acting like they ain't gonna call you, huh? Okay, who was that signing for? What title company were they working for? It was on the docs. Yeah, look that up, call the company that they were working for and ask them for payment and I guarantee you the signing company that hired you is going to pay you immediately. Because guess what? We don't like for people to call our clients. Now don't be messy about it. Don't just call the title company immediately, okay? Give them an opportunity to answer you. Give them an opportunity. I'd say a week is a good time to respond and call you and let you know your check is in the mail or they're emailing your check or however they deliver it to you. Give them an opportunity to do that. If they don't, you always got to go to the boss. In any job, who's the owner, who's the head. Nobody likes to be non compliant with their own clients. And as notary signing companies, our who we work for are the title companies or tax companies. That's who we work for. So look on your doc, see who that is. If they have a page, hey, call the title company, ask for your check and then the title company is going to call them and say, hey, one of your notaries called me and said they haven't been paid, take care of it. And that's what happens. Then you'll get your good check, honey.
I guarantee you'll get paid then. Okay? This is TJ with Solutions by tj. Always giving you stuff that nobody else wants. You to know don't nobody want you to do that. That's just too good. You gotta give me credit for it, right? My credit. Subscribe to the channel, like the video. That's all you gotta do. Turn on the notification bell. I got a whole bunch of stuff just for you to make sure that you are good. All right, as always, this is Solutions by tj and I am rooting for you. I want you to make a ton of money. No time to be broke. And if you know somebody who is having issues with their home, refer them to me. If you know somebody who's lost their job, going through a divorce, faced with a major illness, having financial issues with their home, send them to me. I can help them either keep their house and if they need to downsize because they are not working. That's right. If you're not working and don't know when you're gonna work, you need to downsize. It's the best thing. Don't lose all of your equity in your house trying to be, you know, wait on God. This might be your answer. This might be God telling you what to do. Seriously, I'm not lying. Call me. We'll talk through it together. I will help those people. And for the referral, if I do end up buying the house, you'll get 500 to $1,000 just for referring them to me. I'm good for it. All right. God bless you. Take care. And as always, I love you and I'm rooting for you. Yay.
