Loan signing agent jobs | What to do after finishing your loan signing appointments | Notary Trivia

A short spoken tutorial by TJ (Solutions by TJ) for loan signing agents describing what to do immediately after completing a signing appointment. He outlines three practical post-signing actions: (1) communicate completion and any payment/check collection to the hiring company (e.g., via SnapDocs), (2) scan and upload the package as a single, legible PDF (he recommends Adobe Scan and warns against uploading one page at a time), and (3) drop the documents at FedEx same-day when possible and provide the tracking number. The video closes with a brief referral/marketing pitch from the host.

Trivia. Trivia. Trivia. Trivia. Trivia. Trivia. Trivia. Alright. This is TJ with Solutions by tj. Hey, it's me again. In the last video we talked about, what do you do after you accept a signing appointment? In this video, I want to know what you do after the signing appointment. That's right, you've signed all the documents. You've notarized everything. They've completed your journal. You get back in your car. Now. What?
Okay, the three things you do after your signing appointment is Number one, communicate. Always let the company that hired you know what in the heck is going on. When you do that, you're at the top of their list because they don't have to guess. Okay, did they make it? Did they show up? Did the signing go go correctly? You let them know that as soon as you get in your car, Type in the SnapDocs. Signing complete. Everything went well. If you had to collect a check or write in check collected, whatever you need to do, communicate with the signing company. Notify them that the signing has been completed. The second thing that you do, number two, number two, you are to upload the document. Now let's talk about this, because people do some strange things when uploading these documents. Okay, I use this app called Adobe Scan, right? Which allows you to take pictures of each page and then it puts all of the pages together in one document and then you send that as a PDF or you upload it onto Snapdocs as a PDF. I love it because it's quick, even for 200 pages. I haven't found it to be that big of a problem to use Adobe Scan. But here's the deal. Before you upload documents, look at them. Make sure that they are clear. Make sure that the pages are straight. Don't upload pages that are turned and crooked. And no, make sure that it's legible. Make sure that they can read it. Make sure that it looks professional before you upload it. Check it out yourself, make sure that it's professional and acceptable. Also, when you are uploading those documents, do not upload one page at a time, people. Nobody wants to have to download 200 pages 1 page at a time. What if you had to print one page of the doggone time? Do you know how long that would take? Nobody wants to do that. So use your noggin in Adobe Scan. It combines all the Pages into a PDF and you scan that entire package onto SnapDocs. Never, ever, ever, ever, ever do one page at a time. And once you upload documents, they will get a notification that the documents have been uploaded. And then the last thing that you do, number three, drop those documents off at FedEx. Try your best to do it the same day. Now, if you have a late appointment, and when I consider late is 5 and after sometimes if you have a 5 o' clock appointment, you can get through by 6, you know what I'm saying? 5, 45, 6 o', clock, you can still drop the documents. However, it's okay to drop them the next morning. They expect that. They understand, but don't keep documents a day. Get those documents to those people as quickly as possible because their rates have been locked. They are expecting those documents. And let them know that the documents have been dropped. Again, communicate. As soon as you drop the documents, Write in the SnapDocs or whatever platform that you're using. Documents have been dropped. Put in the tracking number. They give you free tracking numbers, baby. They give you a whole label to print out. Give them back the tracking number. Let them know that you've dropped the docs. That's the professional way to do it. This is TJ with Solutions by tj. Always giving you the goods, baby. Okay, now make sure that you like this video. Subscribe to this channel. As you know, I'm always rooting for you. And if they have to downsize and I buy the house, I give them great deals. I'm fair. And you get 500 to a thousand dollars for the referral. Okay? God bless. I'm rooting for you. Yeah, bye.
